La posizione e il breakfast

Incompleto nella struttura; Il personale non risponde adeguatamente a problemi di carattere pratico, ad esempio il non funzionamento di un'abat-jour.

Parcheggio a 2 € al giorno

Nel corso del soggiorno hanno avviato lavori di ristrutturazione con spostamento di alcuni servizi, come la colazione in locali adiacenti.

Pulito,tranquillo, stanze grandi.

Purtroppo manca il frigobar in stanza. La colazione é buona ma mancano I dolci.

I liked it's proximity to bars and clubs as well as shopping and leisure facilities and also the Underground train system. The price of accomodation was very good value. The room and bathroom were spotless on arrival. Rooms were cosy and warm and shower was powerful and comfortable. I would say the hotel is of a 3 star rating rather than 4 star - that seems too high. The beds weren't made or the bathroom serviced (toilet paper replacement etc) throughout our 3 night stay which seems unusual as this would be standard service for 3 star but most especially for 4 star. That is a small criticism as everything else was just perfect for our needs. We never made it up in time for breakfast so cannot comment on that.

The bathroom should have been serviced at least once during our three night stay (toilet paper replacement etc) as well as the making of the beds but that didn't happen. Not a big deal but certainly that would not happen in any 3 or 4 star hotel I've stayed in before. Also, if 4 star hotel, it would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. This is standard for even 2 star hotels in uk and Ireland.

The location is great, very close to KaDeWe and my favorite restaurants, though don't go to local ones. The staff are friendly, the room is ok

The breakfast was very poor. During my stay I couldn't find the stairs and the elevator was very slow. Also was weird - the room was lighted with only two bedside lamps - if you're a passionate reader, that's just not your case. But that's all I can think of as disadvantages

It was awesome!

The only small issue was parking and no wash cloth in the room.

As a result of travelling the week before Christmas, we were given a large room with a king sized bed; four sofas and a good sized bathroom with bath and shower. This was all for: £238 for two (five nights), including breakfast, which was the deal of the day at the time of booking. Location was great and it was easy to get around with four train stations being within easy reach in the area.

We were not told at the time of booking that there would be renovations occurring during our stay which meant that there was no access to the bar/ cafe/ dinner area. It also meant that the breakfast was served in the conference room next door. There were no tea making facilities in the room and there was no main light switch - only four lamps, which didn't give off much light. There was a map supplied but it wasn't very clear; the lift was slow and there didn't appear to be any clear access to stairs. Breakfast was good but monotonous.

Location and friendly staff.

Would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room, after all they have 4 starts

The room was clean and quiet

Room size is excellent, as is the cleaniness and location of the hotel.Reception staff knowledable and helpfull regarding the local area, transport, and theatre reservations.Breakfast is very varied and plentiful.This is the third time I have stayed here during the last eight years and these standards have not deteriorated.

Following the above comments all I would say here is the decor is now a bit tired.

Grosse Zimmer

Beim Empfang und Frühstücksraum war eine Baustelle mussten in einen Nebenraum Essen Service war beim Frühstück schlecht Im Zimmer konnte man auf der Tischlampe sa.... schreiben die Duschkabine war teils defekt sehr kleiner Fernseher im Zimmer verdient so keine 4 Sterne

großes Zimmer, günstiger Parkplatz

Umbaumaßnahmen waren nicht angekündigt
