Easy walk from train station, very close to downtown, great breakfast, close to a street of restaurants, comfortable room. good wireless access once connected, hotel was better than the reviews indicated poor instructions on internet access, small elevator, cranky staff during evening rush |

It is not far from the main train station and easy to find. The area is quiet and safe. My room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent with many choices of bread, cheese, meat, eggs, cakes, juice etc... The staff was diligent in keeping it stocked. I was charged extra for the breakfast even though it was already included in the hotel price. |

The location is 5mins for shopping, restaurants, s bahn or underground. It was very hot at night, but there are fans in the room. |

It is located very close to the shopping street. Easy access with the train. The staff very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was nice and big and clean. Relatively big breakfast choices. The toilet/bathroom in the room I was in was a little smelly. |

The hotel is not the new one, but very clean and well-maintained. The staff speaks fluent English and is willing to help. The hotel parking has only ~20 slots - sometimes not enough in the middle of the big city. The parking on the streets is free between 8pm-8am, but very hard to find. In case you want to ensure parking place, I'd recommend to contact the hotel and reserve it also in advance. |

very friendly staff, very clean room although the top floor seemed to be better than the rest which is where we stopped after requesting a room change, excellent location very basic facilities so not real value for money although this could be down to the weak pound |
