Location - like everyone else who has stayed in the hotel and commented Good Breakfast worth the price but low lighting
Beds apart No shower door - curtain put in place Old outdated room and furniture Old TV that took a while to come one Breakfast employees not so nice No safe No mini bar NEEDS MAJOR OVERHAUL to come to decent standards
Great location just a block or two off of the Konigsstrasse. Some on-street overnight parking. Great value
Dated interior, but still of high quality.
I liked the staff. friendly and helpful. the cleaning service too. simple accomodation, but comfortable and quiet. the position is really central, and near to the main connections. vote : 8
All is good!
The location was good and easy to find--the staff were very helpful and allowed us to store a suitcase for three weeks, the breakfast was excellent, the rooms are a bit small and the hotel is dated but clean.
The mattress was like a box spring--you could feel the springs on your back.
Not far away from shopping street and near the central, good breakfast, reasonable price, friendly staff.
close to the train station and Restaurants
a bit dated - smokey
Location near Stadtmitte station. All night reception desk. Reasonably comfortable and clean rooms with ok bathrooms.
They reset the wifi without telling me which caused my daily £3 mobile phone charge to kick in. And laughed when I told them.
Good price for the location where it is..
Breakfast wasn't included the price..
There was a group of 29 of us went , major confusion with rooms on check in, 2nd night 8 of us had no beds , eventually we got given 7. When going to leave we were told ewe had to pay €750 extra, which of course we refused but ended up paying €120. Jokers
Extremely poor quality staff when we arrived. One kettle for all guests to fight for. At least, could have provided hot water dispenser to make our coffee or tea. Overall, I do not recommend this place.
Good location. Private parking for cars
Smell of tobacco in the bedroom and bed linen. Very noisy central heating system. It's hard to sleep soundly.
The Worst hotel ever. Hygiene is terrible. The wifi is terribly poor...couldnot Even find the network and hotel receptionist mentioned i am the only one complaining. No minibar in the room. No toilet door. We couldnot sleep all night because of the bad room Environment.
nice clean rooms, lots of space to put your things on, wifi works quite good but you need a new code every day, breakfast was ok you had your basic stuff (bread, ham, cheese, eggs, sausage, yogurt, musli, coffee, tea...), staff was friendly and spoke good english
you need a new wifi code every day and the network has some limitations so if you're planning to use it for other than surfing you might run into problems, all the rooms have full-carpet-floors, if you get a room facing the road you might be disturbed by the noise in the mornings
Noisy old and expensive for the price
Old furniture, small rooms
Extremely noisy at night, unhelpful and unfriendly staff at reception. Facilities in general & room I occupied very poorly maintained - large gap between doorframe and door, curtains too small for the windows, 1 shutter defective(could't close), holes in carpet and deep gouge in one wall, very hot(fan inadequate),
The view, the bed, the up to date bathroom and the room amenities
nothing I can think of
on'y location of the hotel
Cleanliness Quiet room Helpful staff Location - close to public transport
Wifi - need new password everyday
Size of the room was enormous but I guess we where lucky. Staff at front counter very helpful. Breakfast was very good for the price. Would be an excellent hotel with a make-over.
Not much really
Friendly staff and excellent location.
Lots of city noise made it difficult to sleep, and Wi-Finally is very limited.
The location was excellent near the heart of the city. The train station was only 150m from city.
Let's list them shall I? 1) We booked a triple room and got a double room. So, I went to the front desk to explain we had a triple room. The clerk was very friendly and gave us another room. Room two was the exact layout and size as the double room, but they threw a cot in there to call it a triple. 2) The room was clean, but very dated and felt dirty and old. The furniture and fixtures were old all the way down to the wall mounted radio without buttons and of course did not work. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but when the rooms next to you are smoking rooms, non-smoking is voided. 3) The breakfast staff were probably some of the grumpiest I have ever seen in Germany. We were greeted with "What's your room". I said good morning and told her our number to which we received a scowl and she scampered off. 4) Price...I could have forgiven all the other if I knew I booked a 1 star budget hotel at a lowest price. This hotel is supposedly not in that category though and the price was 421 Euros with breakfast. Shelling out that much for one night in any European City is a lot for this lack quality. I do not recommend nor would ever stay again.
