The Staff was most helpful for Us.We returned to San Francisco with a very favorable opinion of Berlin due to the People here at Hotel Atlanta.We plan on returning next Spring and using this Hotel as a Base to go to see the Sorb Festival in Spreewald. My Wife had a difficult time with the Stairs going to 2nd floor.Nobody helped her with the Luggage.No Lift available and Staff did not help Her. |

Fairly close to Zoologischer station hence good access to public transport to Museum Island and other historical attractions in Berlin and Potsdam.Clean and comfortable room with private shower/toilet facilities.Homely atmosphere especially the breakfast room where very good and generous breakfast is provided. The available elevator stops between floors so you still have to carry your luggage up or down the stairs to reach your room. |

location. breakfast was not bad. internet access - free of charge it would be better if there were bar or cafe in the hotel, also the design could be more modern. it looks little bit like soviet hostel:) |

The location was perfect - in the heart of Berlin. Easy to reach by u-bahn or train. Quiet - relaxed atmosphere. If you have a problem climbing stairs - this is not the hotel you should chose. |

It was in a pleasant part of Berlin with reasonable access to both attractions and the congress centre. It was old-fashioned and in dire need of a coat of paint. |

Great location, half block from the Ku'damm and only a few blocks from the Zoo Garten train station. Easily accessible to other things around the city, esp. with public transportation close by and also near some very nice quieter neighborhoods for strolling. Our room was spacious and even had a balcony, and the breakfast was nice each morning with a variety of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful, and we found the hotel to be a good value for a nice place without breaking our budget. Overall it was a great hotel. Our only disappointment: the adjacent room's TV may have been mounted right above our bed, because we could easily hear the television next door each night and morning. |

Location to transport was excellent and reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was fairly good. Elevators only service alternate floors and diffculty with carrying luggage from front door to reception. |

Convenient location, close to all sorts of facilities and methods of transportation. Quiet environment. Very clean room and bathroom. Free internet access. Excellent breakfast buffet. Guests have to walk up three flights from the street. |

The Atlanta was a comfortable and very clean hotel, the room and bathroom facilities were good. It is in a very good location for shopping and tourist activities. Parking was free but not off street and only available where a space could be found. An environment sticker is needed in Berlin if you come by car. Breakfast included in the room charge was excellent in quality and variety. There is a lift available from a back courtyard but this is only available during business hours. All other entrances and access to floors involved climbing several flights of stairs. A bit of a haul if you are carrying luggage. |

I have stayed at this property prevoiusly. Your staff went beyond their way to prepare breakfast for us before it was suppose to be out. We appreciate it very much. When agin in Berlin we will be saying at this property again. All excellent |

Great location, good breakfast. We had spacious clean room, there was bonus that we got a room with a balcony! The lack of a reliable lift could be a problem with heavy luggage |

Great location, great breakfast, good hotel for budget travellers. There are approximately 20 stairs to reach the elevator and it stops only between floors - difficult for those with heaviy luggage, noise from the neighbouring night club especially on Friday night and at night I could hear the conversations from the other rooms, there is no mini-frige in the room. |
