Small nice rooms without extra things and tasty breakfast You should pay additionally for the garage and to drite to the garage is quite scary. |

To be honest we use the hotel for an overnight stay enroute,but it suits our purpose,we stayed at the hotel several times before and would come back again.We also like it for being central to the city and we do like wandering about in Passau.The area around the hotel is peaceful,the rooms are comfortable,the staff are friendly. |

The welcome champagne, the reception, the decor, the bed, the shower, the breakfast. Not being able to choose dinner from the full menu in spite of us being there at 20.15. |

The feeling of somthing modern,rich and new.We liked the loby and the brakefast room and menu very much. The room had only one window on the side of the bed and created a feeling of lack of air and ventilation.I Will recomand not to take this kind of room. |

Explored the town, went on a Danube cruise, we only stayed one night as we were on the way to somewhere else but we would probably come back again. They were having problems with new key system but staff were very helpful and apologetic so it was not a problem. |

We toured the town of Passau and enjoyed the shopping their plus enjoyed the relaxing comfort of the hotel and staff. |

My wife and i were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel as there have been very few occasions that we have been offered a welcoming drink! One of the best hotels we have stayed in and great value for money. |

Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, clean. Might be a bit of a walk to sights for elderly or very young children, but fine for our family. |

Der herzliche Empfang, die freundlichen Begruessungen an erster Stelle.Ferner haben wir uns im Zimmer Recht wohl und entspannt gefuehlt. Als schoen empfanden wir auch die Herzlichkeit des Service-Personals. Waren nur einen Tag am Ort, werden aber bestimmt wiederkommen und das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Sehr einladend. Wir werden nicht so lang ueberlegen bis uns tatsaechlich doch noch was einfaellt... Nein, alles war ok. |

Schön eingerichtetes komfortables Zimmer, geräumiges Badezimmer, toll das an Wattepads, Wattestäbchen Näh- und Schuputzzeug gedacht wird, sehr gut sortiertes Frühstücksbuffet, angenehme Atmosphäre, Gestaltung des Eingangsbereiches ist originell. Freundlicher Empfang und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Das die Zimmer erst um 14 Uhr zu beziehen sind. |

Das die Mitarbeiter sehr höflich und zuvorkommend sind. Das Frühsück ist reichlich und sehr gut. Zimmer war etwas dunkel. |

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam,de locatie erg goed,lekker rustig,maar toch snel en makkelijk naar de oude binnenstad van Passau te wandelen of te fietsen.Kamer lekker ruim met goede bedden. De parkeergarage vonden wij ook erg prettig,zeker met fietsen achterop de auto. |
