The hotel was excellent value for money - modern design yet comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Having the opportunity to park the car in the garage was a real boon in a city such as Passau where parking is limited. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was superb. Breakfast buffet excellent. The staff were very cheerful and helpful. There was a bit of a strange smell in the bathroom, though it was very clean.

Nice hotel with good location, easy access to the centre and places for sight-seeing. Breakfast was quite good altough need to pay extra. There's a public free carpark 500 m away from hotel, so can save 7€ for parking. The staff was nice but I was charged two breakfast with the fact that I had only one. So check the bill before u leave.

They were very accomodating and had a very nice room for us. We will stay there again when in Passau. The charges for parking and breakfast were a little steep but the cost of the hotel was low so it worked out okay.

Vey surprised by rhe hotel for the price. The staff were very friendly and the hotel very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Well worth the money..

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Nice to have a facecloth and shower cap in room. Excellent breakfast and a lovely touch of a complimentary drink upon arriving at the hotel. Staff were helpful providing information on restaurants in town. My room was on the third floor, and the elevator only went to the second. I don't mind climbing up and down stairs, but it's a little uncomfortable with luggage. Next time I will ask for a room that's elevator accessible.

nice welcome and welcome drink. Quick staff. Large room. forks for breakfast are useless. The hotel should change them to a type with better grip. Room had a slight sweat smell: had to be aerated.

The room was very clean .The staff were helpfull.The hotel is modern new hotel and they pay attention for most of the samll details. we did like our stay .But service at breakfest room could be better. there is a lot of choices -but we had to beg for coffe more then once-it is a pity .

Everything - staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the maids broke my make up bottle but they paid for a new one!! There was nothing I didn't like! except maybe tea and coffee making facilities in my room

Außergewöhnlich freundlicher Empfang mit einem Begrüßungsgetränk nach Wahl, sehr sauberes Zimmer mit qualitativ sehr guten Betten incl, Matratze, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt: Lachs, verschiedene hochwertige Wurst- und Käsesorten, Obst, Säfte, Marmeladen, Brot- und Brötchentsorten, Müslisorten, Jogurt, Weisswürste, Ei. Rührei, Schinkenspeck und vieles mehr. Alle Hotelmitarbeiter waren durchgängig freundlich und kompetent. Sehr empfehlenswert!
