I had a car and two bicycles and they gave me my own key to the garage which was great for security. The breakfast was excellent. We had a front room and it was very noisy from the street traffic. You had to close the window at night. |

Nice clean well furnished and decorated room. Hotel booked in february with free parking and free internet access, by the time our stay had arrived the hotel had changed it's policy charging 5 euros for parking and 4.50 an hour for internet access, stating that as payment is not made until checkout, that they are free to change terms as no payment has been taken. (Not sure on the legality of this as they are obtaining bookings under false pretenses and then locking you into the contract. If you cancel the stay within 2 months of your arrival you are committed to pay the full amount of the booking under their terms, but are not informed of any changes). No staff on duty after 8pm. Instructions for operation of the Steam shower only in German, TV instruction is in multiple languages. |

The Hotel staff were most helpful, attentive, polite and cheerful, they all spoke better English than my German. They were eager to go that bit further to assist, including provinding directions to the nearest train station but investigating and providing a suitable timetable for exploring the area by train. No complaints. |

Staff are friendly. Bathrrom was rasonable The advertised WiFi id not work. There was no attempt to fix and thus I ahd to change hotels. |

Het ontbijt was uitstekend evenals de ligging van het hotel tov Bernkassel. Parkeren geen probleem. Een mini analoge TV kan anno 2009 echt niet meer in deze prijsklasse. De gordijnen zijn klungelig opgehangen. |

op zichzelf was hotel Baren goed, zeer goed ontbijt buffet min punt er waren te weinig witte broodjes, aan de receptie werd er niet gesproken over de accommodaties van het hotel waar is de sauna fitness enz,de duitse hoofdkussen vallen wat te slap tegen maar tot slot het hotel krijgt van mij XXx sterren Wat het restaurant betreft daar kunnen we niet zo tevreden over zijn Toen ons eten kwam was het vlees van echtgenote bijna koud mijn vlees was dan weer warm maar de saus was koud we zaten op een verwarmd terras met toelating te roken plots kwam de dienster mij melden dat pijp noch sigaren zijn toegelaten enkel sigaretten wij wouden nog een dessert bestellen maar hebben betaald er zullen daar nooit nog terug gaan. |

Grundsätzlich waren wir mit der Wahl des Hotels zufrieden was auch Punkt 2. zum Ausdruck gebracht wurde. Die Zimmer zur starkbefahrenden Straße sind zu laut, wenn man wie wir gern bei geöffneten Fenster schlafen möchten. Wer es ruhiger haben will, sollte diesen Umstand gleich bei der Reservierung berücksichtigen. |
