Hotel Bären  

Hotel position is very comfortable to have a walk up and down the hystorical city centre. Internet wireless connection was free and fast. Receptionists were friendly and helpful.

General appearance of the room seemed quite old (from floor to windows). Moreover, they put a new room door to cover the old one: better would be to replace the old with the new or simply have the old be renewed keeping the antique style.

Good location in center of Wiesbaden old town. Very close to Theater and Casino, and around 1.5km from main train station. Breakfast included in price. Restaurant attached to hotel was good, I visited in Spargel (asparagus) season and there was a specials menu as is common. Prices were fair and quality was good.

Staff is very friendly and ready to help, speaks English. There is a wonderfull termal bath - very healthy and free of charge. Citycentre is in couple of steps. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are very clean, there is enough space in it, they are very comfortable.

There is pub in tn very narrow side street exactly under the window of the room. Though it is open only at the weekends, it is quite noisy

The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable, water for the shower was hot. Thermal swimming pool was a nice touch, but definitely needs some upgrading. Breakfast was great, coffee was excellent!

Wiesbaden is an extremely busy city and we had a horrible time finding parking. Yes, there is a parking garage a few streets away, but it would cost us 10 Euro every time we parked, which meant we couldn't use our car unless we wanted to pay for multiple entries into the lot. We arrived at 5:30 and by 6:00 still had not found parking. So I went inside to try to cancel the room and go elsewhere that would have easier parking, the manager told me it was 6:06 so I missed the ability to cancel by 6 minutes. Ridiculous. So we were stuck. The thermal pool is a bit spooky, and needs some upkeep. The old part of the building could use new carpet. The elevator is very old, and rickety.

Die Lage.

Es liegt ein gewaltiger Renovierungsstau vor! Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber sehr abgenutzt. Die Ausstattung (Fliesen, Tapete, Teppichboden) vor Jahrzehnten modern! WLAN funktionierte in meinem Zimmer ebenfalls nicht. Beim kurzen Blick ins hauseigene Thermalbad verging mir sofort jegliche Lust dort hineinzugehen. Das Restaurant habe ich nicht ausprobiert.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre äusserst freundliches Personal "es stimmte alles!"

Wir haben im Dreibettzimmer übernachtet und es war erstaunlich groß. Wir hatten ein Bett im Vorraum+ DoppelBett im Hauptraum und eine Sitzecke. Preis/Leistung war für eine Nacht super! Ansonsten ins die Ausstattung eher Charme der 70er Jahre, aber sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Hotel correct et propre Bon petit déjeuner

Le prix élevé ( 150 euros pour une nuit à deux personnes ) qui ne comprend m^me pas le parking . Il a fallu se garer dans un parking public dont le coût m'a été facturé en plus ( 12 euros ) . Pour un prix pareil , le minimum serait que l'hôtel qui ne dispose pas de parking prenne les frais de parking public à leur charge ! Chambre petite pour le prix élevé

Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance et avons trouvé une place de parking devant l'hôtel. Autrement il n'y a pas de place de parc réservée pour l'hôtel et cela est dommage.

Das Personal des Hotels war super nett und hilfsbereit. Auch die direkte Lage des Hotels in der Innenstadt mit den vielen schönen Kneipen, Restaurants und Geschäften ist sehr vorteilhaft. Das Hotel verfügt sogar über ein Thermalbad. Ich konnte das Zimmer noch bis 12.00 Uhr am Tag der Abreise nutzen, so dass ich dort noch etwas arbeiten konnte, weil ich erst später einen Geschäftstermin in Wiesbaden wahrzunehmen hatte.

Wegen der Lage in der Innenstadt kann man nur mit Sonderausweis des Hotels kostenlos direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Gerade Abend sind die Parkplätze dort sehr rar. Wer viel Gepäck hat muss dieses dann ggf.. So wie ich, vom kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus zum Hotel schleppen.

L'hotel est très bien situé,en plein centre de Wiesbaden et à proximité d'un parking public où les clients de l'hotel bénéficient d'un tarif avantageux.

La piscine thermale est dans un état de décrépitude (peintures à refaire-manque d'éclairage-sol couverts de taches-l'eau de la piscine paraît noire et la baignade est peu encourageante), l'hotel en général semble manquer d'entretien général (les peintures sur le mur extérieur s'écaillent).

Gelegen midden in het centrum, ideaal voor winkelen. Door de hotelparkeervergunning kon de auto 3 dagen kostenloos voor het hotel blijven staan. Heel vriendelijke en attente hotelleiding, die veel nuttige informatie gaf over Wiesbaden en de streek en dorpen en steden eromheen. Het ontbijtbuffet was inbegrepen en heel goed: enorme keus! Het Italiaanse restaurant naast het hotel was ook prima.
