Very friendly staff,and location of hotel was perfect.The rooms were more like apartments,with plenty of room.Bed in room was a water bed that was great.I Would recommend to any one.

Handsome hotel staff, helpful and welcome. And the room is delicate, bavaria- style, with balcony. When breakfast, I enjoyed the super view of the snow mountain very much.The location is very near to the center bus station and bahnhof. I highly recommend it to the travellers. 店员帅，人很好。位置靠近中央汽车站和火车站。房间是很漂亮的巴伐利亚风格，有可爱的阳台，吃饭的时候，可- 以远眺雪山美景。推荐！！！

The view of the Alps from the dining room where you have breakfast is breathtaking. It is also very close to the train station and the center of town. The decor was very quaint and charming. The hotel is family run and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. My shutters didn't work and I was on a lower floor, and it was difficult to close my curtains every night because the bed was up against them. It would also have been nice to sleep with the window open because it was cool at night, but I didn't dare to as a single woman with shutters that didn't close. Also there's a card that the hotel is supposed to give guests during their stay that gives them discounts on many attractions. It wasn't given to me until my last day because that's when I found out about it at the tourist information office, and I asked for it. I would have saved myself money on many attractions and the bus with that card. By the time I got it, I could no longer use it. I think it's part of the "kurtaxe" that they charge per night, which I was still charged but didn't benefit from. Also, the kurtaxe was not included on the web site's price but was charged on my credit card bill.

Excellant, we were on a 21 night trip through Europe and this was the best hotel overall, staff was the friendlyiest, it was just an awesome expierence. It's a must stay, if you are in the area, only 15 from Salzburg, will be going back when I return for a trip to Europe. I give it 6 out of 5 stars.

We had stayed there before and both times we loved the accommodations and the hotel itself. The staff is very friendly and helpfully. The food is fantastic, especially the breakfast ( wunderbar). We will defiantly stay there again when in the area. John Olmstead

Very clean, furnishings very well kept; the whole hotel was nicely furnished and our suite was excellent. We had a jacuzzi tub which was wonderful and the little stars in the ceiling were cute. Wolfgang very pleasant and accommodating. If I would have know they didn't have an elevator, I wouldn't have packed such a heavy suitcase!! We were on the top floor.

This was an excellent place for us to stay. Great view of the mountains, 5 minute walk to the train and bus station for skiing, as we had no car. Invigorating walk up the hill to old town or over the bridge to new town. Everyday in the foyer were pastries and cake for guests and they had a great hot chocolate machine tooooo. We loved it here.

very close to rail and bus station and so ideal to get to all the villages or mountains for skiing, hiking or photography as well as a short walk to the many very good restaurants in the centre. the place was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was incredible with its selection. although it was next to two roads noise was not a problem. as good value for money as you are likely to find. the range of TV channels was very limited as ther were no cable options

The staff was fabulous, extremely friendly and gracious. They hosted an evening gluhwein stand so we could meet the Krampus and meet the other guests. Loved it!

The owners of the hotel are absolutely wonderful! They promptly returned my phone call and arranged for late check in. In the morning they helped me find the best bus route to the sites I wanted to visit and gave me a discount card, which saved me a couple of euros and allowed me to ride the bus for free! The breakfast was wonderful and the view from the breakfast room was even better!! I would stay again. The one detail that was difficult was finding the parking for the hotel. I arrived late in the evening and the small driveway was not easy to find. Parking was free which is a big plus and the lot was big enough.

The owners/hosts, Wolfgang, Petra and Andre, were fantastic hosts and would do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Their local knowledge helped us plan our stay and do some things that we otherwise would not have known about. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was out of this world with a huge variety to choose from. They put pieces of cake or pastry out in the evening for guest enjoyment. They are a class act. Very nice people. Free parking right behind the building was great. We enjoyed having a safe in our room, but it was not fastened down. Also, it was very dark in our bathroom. More lights/brighter lights would be appreciated.

Very nice staff. Rich breakfast. Big room. View over the valley and great mountains. Not really, but quite far to walk to the restaurants in the village (we had taxi back - not expensive)
