very nice hotel with good and polite service. The location opposite the Dresden Neustadt railway station. The location was not very beautiful, but very good for a city tour or for the trade fair. |

This hotel is good in terms of the service and cleanliness. The staff is helpful. There is a little bit noise since I live in a room near the street. |

Generally this hotel was quite good in location for sight seeing and facilities. I recommend this hotel for the others. The bed was a little soft for me. |

Das Zimmer war shön und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels war super. 4 Haltenstellen von Zentrum entfernt. Die Strassenbahn Haltestelle vor der Tür, kann Man sagen. |

Lage an befahrener Strasse, aber gut Lärm isoliert. ÖPNV praktisch vor der Haustür (S-Bahn in 2-3 Min, Tram). Innenstadt auch zu Fuss noch erreichbar. WLAN kostenpflichtig. Ich würde das Hotel eher als 3 Sterne (oder 3+) einstufen. Kein Wellnes- oder Fitnessraum, Sauna.. |

Die Mitarbeiter. Sehr zuvorkommend und sympatisch. Mein Zimmer sauber und angenehm groß. Die zentrale Lage schräg gegenüber des Bahnhofs Dresden Neustadt. Mein Zimmer war sehr gut schallisoliert. |

Redelijk dicht bij de stad op ca. 15 minuten lopen van het oude centrum. Veel lawaai aan de voorkant. Met ramen dicht slapen dus! Parkeergelegenheid is goed echter wat moeilijk te vinden bij het aanrijden. |

Von der nicht selbstverständlichen Freundlichkeit des gesamten Hotelpersonals waren wir sehr angetan. Sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch an der Bar und im Restaurant. Es wäre schön, im zimmer auch eine Leselampe zu haben (Zimmer 406) und wenn die Nachtlämpchen getrennt schaltbar wären. |

Struttura non recente ma ben tenuta, impressione di pulizia. Camere spaziose e confortevoli.Personale cordiale. Parcheggio gratuito nel cortile interno. Alla mancanza di impianto di condizionamento si deve aggiungere la raccomandazione, scritta su un foglio in camera, di non aprire le finestre con le luci accese per evitare il rischio che entrino insetti, quando c'è molto caldo può essere un problema (comunque noi durante la notte abbiamo aperto e non è successo niente di speciale). Un po' lontano dal centro (a piedi circa 20 min). |
