The attitude of the personnel: I arrived far before the standard check-in time, but they still made every effort to find a room for me I suggest to make the hotel smoking-free |

location. very close to the central station. good price, bathroom and breakfast included. the hotel staff spoke very little english. it was very difficult/almost impossible to communicate with them. |

Staff of the hotel were very friendly, The location is very close to the main station and the breakfast is good also I found the bathroom very clean. On arrival they didn't accept the cerdit card for payment, I had to pay cash. |

it is near the bus station and train station.zona tranquilla e pulita. it is impossible pay with all credit card and if you want pay by credit card you must pay a supplement.better pay cash.it is not good. bathroom non very large for 3 persons.. |

It was a friendly hotel with a high standard of hygiene and quiet rooms. It was good value for money. Being near the Hauptbahnhof was particularly useful. It was a shame there was renovations going on at the time, but they did not cause too much inconvenience. |

Nothing. The owner has the first floor room decorated and displayed quite nicely to get the impression of a good hotel. Then for the breakfast you have to go to the basement. The hallways smelled. The bathroom didn't even have a lousy bar of soap or a soap dispenser. I will sa to my friends never to stay in this hotel even for one night. |

Very close to Hauptbahnhof and shopping area, walking distance to harbor, Speicherstadt, Rathaus, etc. Adequate breakfast with good selection. Very attractive price at 29 Euro per room with sink and bathroom on the floor. Friendly staff. A spruce-up would be desirable. |

the bed was comfortable to say the hotel has seen it's day would be stating it had it's day. when? sometime long, long ago. decor was drab and aged, locks wouldn't work properly, carpets threadbare in places, plaster coming off wall behind wallpaper, every floorboard creaked. |
