Posizione e disponibilità del personale.

Forse lo standard degli alberghi economici ad Amburgo è questo ma avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata, ero al terzo piano ma mi sembrava di dormire in una cantina.

La colazione deve essere piu' abbondante e varia.

Ottima posizione, è vicino al centro della città ed è sul un lato della Hauptbahnhof abbastanza ben frequentato. Inoltre, proprio davanti all' hotel ci sono parecchi ristoranti e un parcheggio. La colazione è stata decisamente soddisfacente. La camera era molto spaziosa e con una grande tv. Il prezzo della camera è ottimo.

Il pesonale non è troppo cordiale. il bagno in camera è un pò troppo piccolo. la mia finestra dava sul muro del palazzo difianco ed era pieno di piccioni, quindi alla mattina c'è stato un po di rumore. le camere sono abbastanza rumorose, dalla porta si sente tutto cio che succede in corridoio..

Colazione abbondante e con molta scelta. Posizione comoda rispetto a stazione autobus, stazione ferroviaria e metropolitana.

All'arrivo, dovendo pagare con carta di credito, mi è stato applicato un sovrapprezzo di 3 euro non segnalato sul sito né nella mail di conferma (il prezzo per la camera era di 100 euro per due notti).

The location of Bee Fang was excellent, but a little hard to find. Kirchenallee ends, and the hotel is located on a small square where on cannot easily go by car (lest you travel a very strange route).

The breakfast is a self-service buffet with a lot of options.

The shower is so small that you have to be a contortionist to fit in.The matress is a very soft foam, although not unconfortable.

The day reception was very nice.the night reception didnt even wanted to speak english and the first day the room was cold and i couldnt explain them to open the heat.

cold in the begiinning and then very hot room.i would prefer a little better breakfast and waiting room and a little better quality of the bed ,another small chair in the room and also an electricity socket close to the bed.and please put a key in the common toilet room.you still have a hook and its not so easy to close the toilet room.

The room had an ok size

The room was extremely dirty, they haven't painted the walls or changed the carpet in years, the smell of tobacco was so strong and permanent that even with the windows open it was unbearable. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. I couldn't wait for the morning to come.

The location was perfect. It was close to the central railway station and the shopping market. It was also walking distance to the Alster Lake.

Good location 5 mins from railway station, French window with balcony overlooking the square (though not all rooms have this!), friendly receptionist, lots of info leaflets.

Two big spiders in the room when we arrived! Wireless Internet was a bit pricey for my liking, but that's true of pretty much all hotels.

The breakfast, the staff, the relation price/quality and the location were excellent

Nothing too important.

I liked the overall friendliness of the staff and the hotels central location
