This family-run, budget hotel is a 2-minute walk from Cologne Central Train Station and a 5-minute walk from the Cologne Cathedral. It offers free Wi-Fi, daily breakfast buffets, and private parking. The 1-star Hotel Berg is in a quiet side street. It has brightly decorated rooms with a TV, safe, and private or shared bathroom. The Berg’s private parking spaces are available upon request. Close to main railwaystation, the other side of the very center of the city- good location. Breakfast is ok. Bathroom only on the flour, though it is known it is still not too comfortable, but for only 4 rooms. The staff is not very amably/hospitality, as if they do not very glad to see you, dont smile. It is still a chalenge to go up stairs with your suit case for 4-th flour! A bit expensive

Close to the train station. Very rude service right from check in. The front desk guy was yelling at me after I said 2 words. Will never stay here again.

Everything was comfort anyway, I left there fine. There's no lift and you need to carry your luggage(s) maybe to the third floor. Staff needs to improve themselves. But I can recommend the hotel to the people who are not so much interested with the staff and comfort for a short time...

Accueil execrable et propriétaire odieux. Agressions verbales dès le matin de la part de la même personne, gérant de l'établissement. C'est de très loin le plus mauvais séjour que je n'ai jamais fait de ma vie. Je ne comprends pas que l'on puisse traiter avec aussi peu de respect ses clients. Nie mehr in dieses Hotel . Das Bad war viel zu klein . Bei 75 kg hat man schon ein Problem in die Dusche zu gehen . Drehen kann man sich überhaubt nicht drin . Beim Zähne putzen muß man die Tür auflassen . geht alles gar nicht . Das ganze Zimmer müsste renoviert werden . Bei den Gardienen anzufangen . Beim Kleiderschrank hatte man Angst den einzuräumen , dass er jeden moment zusammen fällt . Das Frühstück haben wir ausfallen lassen , wir wollten nur noch da raus . Da man direkt bezahlen mussten , ohne das Zimmer gesehen zu haben , blieb uns nichts anderes übrig , als zu bleiben . War schon in sehr vielen Hotels , aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht gesehen . Bitte überzeugen sie sich selbst .

Schlichtes Hotel, aber für den Preis kann man nicht mehr erwarten. Dafür aber eine sehr gute zentrale Lage zum Zentrum Köln`S. Wenn man nur ein Bett zum schlafen brauch, kann diese Unterkunft genutzt werden.

De prijs is laag en de kamer is schoon en het ontbijt prima. De bedden zijn erg kort en hebben een hoge achterkant. Als je langer bent dan 1.90 is dat erg oncomfortabel.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hervorragend und ausserdem ist das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen. In 5 Minuten ist man schon beim Dom bzw. Hbf. Absolut weiter zu emphehlen Gemeinschaftsbad und Gemeinschaftstoilette
