Location and quiet. 5 min from central station. Uncomfortable beds and pillow. Prepayment. Early check in isn't possible. Breakfast at 6.00 am isn't possible. Breakfast was poor, manager looked to hands what and how much you ate. |

We stayed for 4 nights at the hotel Berg, our room (no.22) was clean and bright, with a window facing a quiet backyard. The double room is quite spacious and the hotel staff did their best in making up the room every day. The shared shower room was just right outside of our door. Oh and the location is terrific! It is only 5 minute walk from the main train station and the river side. The breakfast buffet was of a very good quality, but they serve the same menu every day. |

I never had a chance to stay there - I paid, left my bags there, but did not sleep one night there. The hotel took my money, and when I failed to pick up my bag on the last day, charged me **again** even though I never stayed one minute in the hotel...and they"kidnapped" my bag until I paid the extra night - the german police were involved...not good...i would not recommend this hotel for booking.com clients |
