Breakfast was fantastic! Location was a nice walk from downtown Konstanz Smell of cigarette smoke permeated through our room. It was very noisy outside at night with the window open. Could not get their internet service to work. Overpriced.

Good, quiet location. Excellent breakfast. We couldn't pay by card, even though we knew it was possible. We were forced to find a cash machine and pay by cash. The staff at the reception at the checkout was extremely unhelpful. Before they were quite nice.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und helpful.das Frühstücksbuffett war spitze.für einen Kurzaufenthalt wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!nachdem wir die Erfahrungsberichte gelesen hatten,dachten wir,das Hotel sei sehr laut.Wir haben in unserem Zimmer aber kein Autolärm gehört.wir würden wieder ins Bilger Eck gehen! Bei der Lage direkt am Bahnhof haben wir mit dem Bahnhof Konstanz gerechnet,ist von diesem aber ca 30min Fussweg entfernt.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Hotelmitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns am Morgen persönlich ein super Frühstück zusammengestellt und serviert. Frühstück war total lecker, alles dabei. Zimmer war gross, sauber. Ruhige Lage

Es braucht viel Glück, einen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels zu finden, und Geschick beim Einparken angesichts der engen und zugeparkten Straßen. Dadurch, dass vor dem Haus die Kreuzung/Straße umgebaut wird, war eine direkte Zufahrt zum Hotel nicht möglich. Als Ortsunkundiger war es daher schwierig, den alternativen Weg durch die Seitenstraßen zu finden. Fenster offensichtlich nicht dicht, weil es im Zimmer leicht zog und Lärm von der Straße zu hören war.

Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück und sauberes Zimmer. Am Abend wird sehr früh die Gaststube geschlossen und ein Restaurant ist auch nicht mehr vorhanden.

Das Frühstück ist unglaublich reichhaltig und ansprechend, die (nur) 10,- € ist es wert. In 4 Sterne-Hotels ist es oft nicht so üppig! Ganz klar ein Hotel für "eine" Nacht, aber nicht für den Urlaub. Handwerker steigen dort scheinbar sehr gerne ab, zumindest sah zum Frühstück optisch danach aus. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, die Fenster zur Straße sind zwar gut schallisoliert, man kann diese nachts aber nicht geöffnet lassen. Parkplatzsuche im Umfeld ist Glückssache und seeeehr nervig! Es gibt kein Restaurant im Hotel, aber rundherum genug Möglichkeiten zum Essen.

Das Frühstück ist ok, die Zimmer sind schön, aber nicht dem Preis gerechtfertigt. Der Preis ist einfach zu hoch gegriffen. Und was sehr negative ist, das plötzlich das Kreditkartengerät defekt ist dafür gibt es einen Service auch am Wochenende, wenn das Hotel keine Kartenzahlung wünscht soll das bitte im Vorfeld klar in der Hotelbeschreibung stehen. Mir kam es so vor Wochenende lass sie alle schön brav cash zahlen. Das finde ich persönlich nicht gut und lässt das Hotel tief in der Bewertung fallen.
