The Spa was a plesant surprice. 2 "ordinary" saunas, one hot and one cold. One steam sauna with menthol smell. Large pool with different bubbles and streams.Two Restaurants within 5-15 min slow walk from hotel. Arrogant personell in the Spa Area. You are forced to sit naked in the mixed sauna! The hotel itself is located 4 km away from the city center, however buses stop with 15 min interval. A little pricy for what you get. |

Hotel staffs are very warm and kind. Hotel location also is very quiet and calm, it is good for relaxing after hard working in business. |

Restaurant and service were very good The reception as a facility was not up to standards one might expect of a 4 star hotel. The room which was given us was small the matrasses and pillows were way under the what you may expect.The bathroom was too small and there was non wall plug to power the computer. An extention cord was promptly delivered by a kind servant.The bar was too small and rather old fashioned although manned by kind helpful people |

Hervorragendes Frühstück, gute Zimmerausstattung, schöner Pool und Wellnessbereich, ruhige Lage in Wald-/Parknähe, schnelle Erreichbarkeit des Kieler Zentrums (10 Minuten zur Föhrde, Altstadt, Sophienhof-Shoppingcenter). |

Besonders hat uns der Wellnessbereich gefallen - wirklich Entspannung pur.Und das Abendessen und Frühstück haben wir sehr genossen, genial für einen Kurzurlaub. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und man ist doch schnell in Kiel. |

Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Im Restaurant empfand ich den Service wohltuend aufmerksam und unaufdringich, die Beratung kompetent und die Küche ausgezeichnet. |

Sehr freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter die dem Hotel Birke eine besondere Note geben. Der Wellnessbereich ist für ein Hotel dieser Größe sehr gut und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Auch das Restaurant läßt an Auswahl und Qualität keine Wünsche offen. Die Hotelbar wird als Raucherlounge genutzt. Damit wird jeder nichtrauchende Barbesucher automatisch zum Raucher. Dies sollte in der heutigen Zeit so nicht mehr sein. |

sehr freundliches und aufmerksames hotelpersona.hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.frühstück einfach super!!hotelküche ist top,hat aber auch seinen preis. pool und sauna sind super.das hotel liegt sehr abgelegen. habe kompfort-plus gebucht,hätte ich mehr von erwartet!!!!!so war das zimmer ok.pay-tv kostet 12,50E.w-lan ist eine std. am tag umsonst danach 12,50 die std. wahnsinn!!! |

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Wunsch nach einem Zusatzkopfkissen wurde z.B. umgehend erfüllt. Das Restaurant hat eine ansprechende Speisekarte und ist von der Qualtität sehr zu empfehlen. |

War zum 3. Mal im Birke und es war wie immer ausgezeichnet. Der Wellnessbereich ist 1. Klasse, die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen spitze. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig. |
