Everything was wonderful except for the ear splitting construction in the room next door. We drove through the night so needed to rest during the daytime, which was impossible to rest completely. Atypical situation, so otherwise I highly recommend the place. Great breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable rooms.

Excellent staff. We absolutely loved the butter cake. Was amazing. No serious compliant - but as a frequent traveler in America, the bed was a little too hard and pillows were too soft and too flat. This was the only problem we had; but we did not say anything.

Good service in reception, bar and in the very good restaurant. Privat parking. To expensive if you're not planning to use the SPA facilities. The rooms are poorly soundproofed.

The facilities and the food at the hotel were fantastic, however the thing that stands out the most would be the level of service. From the moment that we walked in the door, the staff couldn't do enough for us (and although not expected, it was an added bonus that the staff spoke english). The level of service was exceptional. Liked the fact that offstreet car parking was available free of charge. Location wise, it is a bit of a distance from Keil city centre, so if you don't have a car it could present a bit of a problem. Although it wasn't overly warm when we stayed, the room got quite warm so I would imagine that this may be an issue during the warmer summer months.

The hotel has free parking and we stayed in a nice big room. The breakfast buffet was great and included in the room price. Nice spa facility and indoor swimming pool. Only 1 hour of free Wi-Fi use. Expensive if you need more.

What their site didn't tell us, and I wish I would have known in advance, is that you can do the cruise and park with your stay for 10 Euros a day and take a taxi to your cruise. That is cheaper than 20 Euros a day to park your car at the port.

De prettige ambiance, de gezellige uitstraling.De opstelling van het personeel is uiterst voorkomend, servicegericht en voorkomend. Een prima keuken en een hotel met goede wellnessvoorzieningen.

Een prettig hotel met comfortabele kamers, uitstekend restaurant en goed zwembad (incl. Sauna). Het restaurant is echt de moeite waard zowel voor ontbijt als diner. Het was de tweede keer dat we hier kwamen en komen zeker terug. Wij waren op doorreis, maar ook voor een lang weekend weg is dit een prima hotel.

De gastvriendelijkheid is zeer goed, en de keuken is uitstekend.Het is een zeer goed hotel dat wij iedereen kunnen aan bevelen. Ruime rustige kamers met zeer goede bedden, en schoon.Dit geld voor het hele hotel.Als wij weer een hotel in Kiel boeken is het zeker dit hotel.

Das zuvor kommende Personal, individuelle Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt, Wellnessbereich, Massage, Zimmerausstattung aber nur im Komfortzimmer, essen ist eine Gaumenfreude vom Frühstück hin zum Mittagessen, besonders die Fischgerichte sind zu empfehlen! Es fehlt kostenlosen WiFi, denn bei dem Preis und vor allem auch dem Publikum im hotel kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, warum es nur eine Stunde kostenfrei ist. Zudem ist nur das komfortzimmer zu empfehlen! Bei meinem letzen Besuch hatte ich ein normales Einzelzimmer was doch sehr dunkel und spartanisch eingerichtet war, so dass ich im Badezimmer kaum Platz für mich hatte. Dabei kosten nur wenige Euro mehr das Komfortzimmer zu buchen!

Geschmackvolle Einrichtung,aufmerksames freundliches Personal besonders kompetente sehr engagierte Mitarbeiter im Wellnessbereich. Sehr gute Küche Einrichtung meines EZ.Beim öffnen der Zimmertür stand ich direkt vor dem Kleiderschrank.

In den drei Nächten hat der Spülkasten gelaufen, in der Nacht sehr störend,ein Hotel mit den Sternen muss in der Lage so etwas spontan zu beseitigen. Wir würden das Hotel aber weiterempfehlen..

Super Zimmer im Maisonnette-Stil. Die Kinder und wir fanden es großartig. Schade, dass wir nicht mehr Zeit im Hotel verbringen konnten.

- sauberes, ruhiges Zimmer - bequemes Bett - freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal - gutes Frühstücksbuffet - enger, schlecht ausgeleuchteter Parkplatz mit unzureichend Stellplätzen - bei Hotels in dieser Preisklasse ist kostenloses wlan normalerweise selbstverständlich, hier ist nur die erste Stunde kostenlos
