The hotel is in a very good position as regards to transport, shopping, and location. Try and get a room at the back and you have a garden view, which you can use. The wi fi connection is not very good in certain areas of the hotel.

Fantastic central position in altstadt, excellent value for money, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, comfy bed, cute room, wonderful shower. Not their problem, but our gps was hopeless. We got lost in the one way system for nearly 2 hours!! Make sure to take a paper map and the hotel is actually really easy to find!!

Close to the main city sights, clean, comfortable room, wi-fi and breakfast (good and various) included in the room rate. Breakfast is served till 10.30 - good for late sleepers. Nice stuff.

Has a feel of an old-fancy hotel from days past. Room was comfy and spacious and was a nice mix of old and new. Great location for either icy touring or just passing through. Friendly staff and nice breakfast in the morning. Was undergoing renovation so a lot of works and construction materials around. Not a big deal, just had to be careful with our small child with all the stuff lying around. Once renovation is complete this won't be a problem. Minimal parking and could be difficult to find a space nearby at times.

This was a great hotel in a classic building which has charm and character. It is ideally situated for the main station if you want to take trips out to sights in the region, and only a 10 minute walk into the main part of Koblenz. The room was really comfortable and clean with TV and great bathroom with powerful shower. Free WiFi a nice bonus. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice and relaxed atmosphere. Staff were attentive and helpful.

The hotel had a reservation issue when we arrived that involved a guest who injured her back and needed to stay. The hotel mgmt greeted us warmly and already had arranged our stay at a nearby hotel of equal/greater quality and paid the difference in room rate. The mgmt drove us to this other hotel. We were extremely pleased with their courtesy and accommodation and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We liked the friendly & helpful staff, great breakfast in a lovely setting. Clean good size room with separate shower. Quiet hotel in a great location 10 minute walk from railway station and convenient location for walk to old town centre. Very good value for money we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel staff was great. We arrived early and they stored our bags and also offered to store them the following morning if needed. The room was nice as was breakfast. We were within a short walk for dinner options.

I thought the staff were the friendliest that I encountered during my European Vacation. Friendly and helpful. The room was great with plenty of attention to detail. Thanks a lot. There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Bastante próximo da estação central e fácil acesso para o restante da cidade onde é possível visitar tudo a pé. Serviço excelente, ótimo em conforto e com um café da manhã muito bom. Atendimento personalizado aos brasileiros com a funcionária Jaqueline que também é brasileira.
