location, 1 min from underground, believe perfect location for Oktoberfest if looking for value for money, breakfast, free internet, lovely staff balcony but construction work in the morning, room a bit too small, no added luxury, fact they didn't change the towls for 2 days... |

To be close to the centre and reasonably confortable if there was no dust and noise due to improvement works. There were works concerning the recovery of the facade of the hotel. There was a lot of dust and noise specially during the day and men working just outside the window. Rates would be attractive if there were no works at the hotel, but this was not mentioned at the time of reservation, so the price did not reflect the condition of the hotel. Otherwise we believe it would be a nice hotel to stay. |

Hotel is a "building site" with works going on 200 degrees around hotel including up to wall next to room. Room looks like converted offices with large windows along 2 sides which let in afternoon sun to heat up everything including beds. Not even a fan available for room. So hot - could not sleep and left at 5.30am just to get out in to cool car. |

There was a façade renovation going on during our stay. A scuffle up to the fourth floor and construction workers drilling holes right in front of the room window (on the fourth floor), starting 07.45 in the morning. After a complaint to the owner/manager we were moved to a room on the 5-th floor with no construction activities in front of the room. |

Excellent room which was always very clean. Excellent location next to Sendlinger tour U bahn but also close enough to walk into the town centre quickly. Staff very friendly. If we were going to Munich again we would use this hotel again without question. |

convienience to centre of Munich Hotel was being renovated - no need for an alarm clock as there were builders on ladders/scaffolding in the early morning. Also unwise to leave curtains open as unsure who was around. No air conditioning, fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. |

Close to everything without the price of being downtown- also super close to public trans if you don't want to walk. Staff was great, room very nice. Limited parking (get there early if you need to park). No AC but it was nice and cool in the evenings so no issues really. |

We were disappointed in the size of the rooms and the location within the city. We did not feel safe and moved to another hotel after a one night stay. |

The location is superb - the hotel sits right on the U6 metro which makes access to the city center a matter of 5 minutes. The buffet breakfast is great from both quality and variety perspectives. The hotel stuff is friendly and willing to help, which is not surprise, as the hotel's owner himself is a very nice and friendly guy. |

Very conveniently situated for visiting the city centre on foot and other areas by tram or U-Bahn. Excellent choice and service at breakfast. A tea maker in the room would be useful. |
