We were disappointed in the size of the rooms and the location within the city. We did not feel safe and moved to another hotel after a one night stay. |

The location is superb - the hotel sits right on the U6 metro which makes access to the city center a matter of 5 minutes. The buffet breakfast is great from both quality and variety perspectives. The hotel stuff is friendly and willing to help, which is not surprise, as the hotel's owner himself is a very nice and friendly guy. |

Location. The breakfast service in the first mornig. Youger male person was doing his work perfect. Thanks for him. The breakfast in the second morning. We came at 9.15, but most of the food was taken away or finished. No ham, speck, black bread, sausage...The Staff was getting ready for the next morning? |

Very conveniently situated for visiting the city centre on foot and other areas by tram or U-Bahn. Excellent choice and service at breakfast. A tea maker in the room would be useful. |

Free wi-fi internet in room. Very central. Private parking in hotel. Renovated rooms. Room accessible 12 o'clock to 12 o'clock. Excellent internet rates (I paid 80 euros for double room booked 1 day in advance) Avoid room near elevator & corridor-door because thin walls. |

Good location close to u-bahn line. Staff are helpful, and breakfast is good. The soap and shampoo in the bathroom are cheap and it ran out on me |

it's near the center, very convient to take train and subway. The staff is very kind. Very good breakfirst is provided. The internet is free, but something is wrong with the cable in my room. So I have to use the one in the hall. |

Vicinity to the subway, everything I needed was within walking distance. It was minus 16 outside, which is rather unusual for Munich. Despite the fully functioning radiators, it was not warm in the room because of a gap between the floor and the entrance door, and my room was just opposite the elevator. I had to put a blanket there to close the gap. Other then that, everything was fine. |

Location, staff, cleanliness, comfort, value for money... I like this hotel and will come back when ever is possible. ...small breakfast room. But, for me, that is not reason to not choose this hotel again. |
