Perfect free wifi connection in the hall. Few meters to the Grenzalle metro station of U-Bahn u7.

Close to the subwaystation and bus to the airport.

Free Wifi signal was weak.

Hotel in the district where my friend lives, so ideally located. It also was reasonably priced @ 55euro per room, per night. Breakfast was 10euro extra. The man on reception was very helpful with any queries i had and even printed out maps of the district for me. No noise of traffic or people during the night and the breakfast was more than adequate. Very close to the public transport station.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Parking arrangements. I was not informed that it cost 6 euros per day until after using the facility which was closed at weekends?!!?

The rooms are clean and the hotel is close to the metro station. The staff is cold professional.

The neighbors does not look very safe, especially at night.

Die freundlichkeit des Personals,

Zimmer geräumig, sauber und leise. Man muss erst um 12 Uhr auschecken – kann also ausschlafen. Lange Frühstückszeiten. Durch Tor gesicherter Parkplatz. Nähe zur U-Bahn.

El hotel se encuentra bien ya que es un Ibis y tiene, aunque menos que los demás, todas las caracteristicas de la cadena de hoteles. (Aun que debo decir que es el de menor calidad que nos todo en el viaje a Europa que realizamos). Dos cosas que no me gustaron en el hotel, el primero es que el personal nocturno no es de los mas amables, de hecho no te hacen la vida nada de facil y no son empaticos con el viajero. Nosotros llegamos de Polonia tarde y cansados en un auto alquilado el cual necesitaba un parking cerrado (El hotel cuenco con uno pero es bastante pequeño y estaba, según me comentaron lleno) ya pasada la medianoche le comenté este problema al encargado el cual se encogió de hombros y me dijo que no sabía cero ayuda a ver donde podíamos dejar el auto. Finalmente lo dejé en un estacionamiento de otro hotel que yo mismo busqué. Otra situación que no me dejó conforme fue que al salir en la mañana dejamos el cartel de clear-room y cuando llegamos tarde la habitación estaba tal cual como la dejamos. Era domingo de pascuas por lo cual en hotel sólo habia una chica y nos pasaron unas toallas pero de la habitación nada y logicamente ninguna disculpa. Desde la vista general el hotel esta bien, es como todos los Ibis y no se encuentra en el centro pero a una cuadra de un metro que te lleva al centro de la ciudad. Lo recomiendo pero con las observaciones que acabo de mencionar.

Atención poco empática con el huésped y que hay que tener ojo con que te hagan la limpieza de la habitación.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w pobliżu metra. Obok świetna restauracja La serra, która podczas naszego pobytu serwowała dania w cenie 50% mniej, pizza dla dziecka lub spagetii to koszt 1 Euro! Szafek faktycznie malo w pokoju, ale przy pobycie 4dniowym naprawdę wystarczajaco. Pokoje sprzatane codziennie. Personel uprzejmy - w przypadku chęci wydrukowania strony dokumentu, bezplatnie bez problemu mozna było tego dokonać. Mały problem z parkingiem wokół hotelu, ale dało sie znaleźc miejsce :) Internet bezprzewodowy, pomimo informacji w recepcji, działał na najwyzszym 4 pietrze w pokoju :)

Ich habe dieses Jahr schon im Ibis Spandau, Ibis Bremen und Ibis Neukölln genächtigt. Für alle gilt: Das Personal ist bemüht und meist freundlich. Aber die übertriebenen Versprechungen des Managements können diese sicher "suboptimal bezahlten" Mitarbeiter oft nicht erfüllen.

Die 24 Std.-Zusage z.B. für Snacks passt nicht. 1. Bestellung nach 5 Minuten: uups, haben wir nicht mehr! 2. Bestellung nach 4 Minuten: uups, haben wir auch nicht mehr. Dann wurden mir 2 Dosen von noch verfügbaren Suppen vor die Nase gehalten, um zu wählen. Und dann war die Suppe nicht heiss, eher mässig warm.

Direkt an der U-Bahn, ruhige Lage

Die renovierten und auf zweckmässigen Stand gebrachten Zimmer. Nicht zuviel und nichts zu vermissen.

zemin katta konakladım, pencereler direkt bahce ye bakıyordu ve pencelerler icin parmaklık veya herhangi bir guvenlik onlemi yoktu.Kesinlikle giderilmesi gerekiyor, bir dahaki seferde kesinlikle aynı odada kalmayı dusunmem.

Bedden (de matrassen) waren ok. Geen geluidsoverlast.

Vieze kamer, onder het bed veel stof en haren. Kleine kussens. Dikke dekens ondanks zomer. Douchewater liep niet goed weg, ondanks melding werd er niets aan gedaan. Er was maar voor 1 persoon beddegoed en handdoeken, later na 2 keer melding werd dit pas geregeld. Maximum geluid van TV was zacht afgesteld, waarschijnlijk om andere hotelgasten niet lastig te vallen, maar het was te zacht. Personeel oogde ongeinteresseerd en vooral met zichzelf bezig. Uitzicht uit het raam was een rommelige binnentuin met onkruid en wat gereedschap.

Заселили в курящий номер, хотя резервировал некурящий... При мне к сто.ке регистрации подошел немец с той же проблемой, но ему ответили, что других свободных номеров нет. В итоге устойчивый запах табачного дыма, которым буквально насквозь пропитано все в номере не позволил нормально выспаться и пришлось всю ночь спать с открытым окном и замерзать... Вобщем это единственный, но очень серьезный минус. Думаю в будущем я откажусь от услуг данного отеля...

подчеркнуто чисто. в номере есть все, что нужно, ничего лишнего. на нижнем этаже холодильник с хорошим бутылочным пивом. рядом несколько этнических ресторанов, но ни одного немецкого.

прачечная во дворе начинает работать в 6 утра. шум от нее мешал спать.

Der Late-Ceckin-Service war das, was ich zu dieser Zeit in Berlin suchte. Hat hervorragend geklappt. Empfehlenswert ist das fruhstucksbuffett. Ausreichend, vielfältig, entspanntes Ambiente . Ein wenig störend im Sommer ist fehlende Klimaanlage. So waren die Nächte mit offenem Fenster aufgrund der Straßengeräusche nicht ganz so toll. Alles in allem : empfehlenswert lol
