Staff were very helpfull, did their best to solve lack of wi-fi on 4th floor and came up with alternative. Breakfast was very good, the table settings just perfect for Christmas and the young lady serving looked absolutaly stunning in her Dirndl, had I been a few years younger and single I would have proposed on the spot. |

The staff was very friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was quite good. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, convenient to the Hauptbonhof and Ubahn station. |

Gute Innenstadtlage, Frühstück war gut und reichlich Einfahrt zu den Parkplätzen bzw. Garagen unzumutbar (enger geht es nicht mehr). Bei meinem Porsche Geländewagen hatte ich extreme Probleme überhaupt nach dem einparken in der Garage auszusteigen, hatte keinen Platz (links/rechts). Ist für mich in Zukunft nicht tragbar. |

Vriendelijkheid Betaald parkeren op eigen parkeerplaats( plaats wordt je aangewezen) die niet veilig is voor vallende kastanjes (heb ongeveer voor € 700,-- schade aan de auto). Dit moet toch in de loop der jaren bekend zijn bij de hoteleigenaar !!! |

Hotel liegt recht zentral, die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, alles in allem war das Preisleistungsverhältnis ok. Für ein bis zwei Nächte jederzeit wieder. Der Preis für das Frühstück war definitiv überhöht. |

Wir haben die Einrichtung als sehr wohlich empfunden. Auch die relative Ruhe war besser als in anderen Hotels. Werden falls nötig diesen Standort wieder berücksichtigen. Die Sauberkeit am ersten Ankunftstag war nicht ganz befriedigend im Badbereich. Vermutich musste die Reinigungsfrau zu sehr beschleunigen. |

Ruhig gelegen, wlan funktionierte super. Parkplätze trotz Reservierung besetzt, im Umkreis ist aber nur Anwohnerparken. Zimmer sehr klein und dunkel. |
