Score from 545 reviews Very good
location was very quiet
stairs (3th floor)
good location just off main shopping street. Short walk to undwerground and bus stops
the building is very narrow and uncomfortable , the rooms are of fair furniture
Location near tram, cheap, decently clean, no bed bugs
Not near the heart of ku'damm, cash only (didn't even know what Mastercard was), reception on second floor and poorly signed, rickety elevator, bizarre ugly decor, rough sheets and weird pillows.
nice neighborhood, good breakfast, good value for money
staff with poor english
location, staff, price, wifi.
Location and facility of hotel so nice
Loation, breakfast, cleanliness
Room was beat small for a 3 bed room
The hotel is comfortable to stay and location is excellent. The room was ok, with quite fast WIFI connection.
Access to the rooms quite cumbersome. You need 3 keys and in case you have a friend visiting, unless I missed something, you have to go all the way downstairs to get your visitor
Hotel on Ku'Damm close to KaDeWe, Underground. Direct Bus from Tegel Airport (Bus 109 to Zoologiche Garten). Good Continental breakfast. Very good value for travelers with children. Large bed.
+ Conveniently located near 3 different subway/train lines + not in the middle of the action or historical sites, but easily accessible by train or subway + enjoyed exploring the neighborhoods nearby with their quaint parks and cafes + friendly and informative staff + delicious and abundant breakfast provided for 5 euros +free wifi +extremely comfortable bed
- There isn't an elevator, so the walk up the steep flight (s) of stairs with luggage can be a burden. - There isn't any air conditioning which can result in a hot and stuffy room, especially during a heat wave. - rug and furniture a little outdated but in decent shape
Small choice for breakfast
The character of the building - the lovely windows in our room. Very helpful receptionists
Torsten his welcome and his service was great
Location is good . The hotel is clean. The staff were polite.
This is not a three stars hotel may be one star hotel. I asked the lady in the front desk do they have a certificate of three star hotel she told me they don't have it and the grad has been done by booking com.Any way the hotel dose not have the facilities of three stars hotel like a proper elevator or dining room which was small and and too many tables . You pay for three stars and you get .may be for one star
Good localization next to a famous street with big brands stores. Comfort of the bed.
Noises on the hall during the morning of the cleaning staff. Near bus station, however to go to the center we needed the S-banh which was 750m walking.
The room was kleened very Well.
-There was no any fruit at breakfast. That should be better. -We were at room 206. There was à lot of noise there when breakfast started.
Location, friendly staff and great breakfast and comfortable room
At night it was a little too hot, but were able to open window.
Great location, still quiet. Good value for the price in every aspect. A bit worn but clean so complaints there either.
The hotell was personal and clean. Perfekt location at a quiet side street. Good speed on wifi. We could really think of staying here again.
Just one of the 4 persons we met in the reception spoke english though it said on their webpage that they spoke english. We asked them with help with booking a rental car but just got a short answer "you can book yourself". Yes we could but it was not that service minded way of saying it.
Nice place in the old building, if somebody likes such atmosphere, as we do. Quite close to the underground, very clean, big room. Good breakfast.
We came back quite late and the evenings were cold, so it would be nice to have possibility of making tea in the room (electric kettle?). The other things were ok.
location, price, spacious room
creaking floor in the room
The hotel was clean and in a very great location. Not too far from where all the tourist places were - good value for the money. The room was large enough for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 small children) to not feel like we were crammed in a room for our 2 day stay. The breakfast was good-typical European breakfast. The wifi reception was EXCELLENT!
The staff were just ok. There was one gentleman that was less than helpful during our stay. The elevator is very tiny and our room was on the 3rd floor. Parking was terrible. The hotel has no parking for guests, only a 6 euro per day (plus 50 euro deposit) on a parking pass, but you have to find your own parking in a designated zone.
