Very basic. Poor facilities in room and in 'hotel'. Should be described as bed and breakfast only. Have to carry cases up several steps to the outside door and up to the lift. Lift itself is antique, therefore reluctant to use it. No facilities for hot drinks other than at breakfast. |

The hotel is close to good public transportation, in an area with many good restaurants nearby, and all sorts of shopping. The price of rooms is good considering the location advantages. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was larger than most, adding to the comfort of the place. The breakfast room was pleasant and the buffet was well supplied with a variety of food options. There are quite a few steps at the entrance, and the elevator starts only from the next floor up. The guest rooms are in different sections of the building, and for security several keys are issued to get to one's room, which is somewhat inconvenient. I would recommend this hotel, but only with some qualifications. |

This is our second stay at the hotel and we find the hotel very clean and the staff friendly the lady who looked after us at breakfast made sure that there was always plenty to eat and drink, the hotel is very central to all the shops and attractions in Berlin The breakfast area is a little cramped with too many tables and chairs |

Excellent, plentiful breakfast. Friendly staff. Very good location, beautiful building. Tricky passage, I needed 3 different keys to enter the room: front door, hallway and room. |

The breakfast and the staff where the best thing about this hotel. Staff were helpful with directions etc. There was lots of variety with the breakfast. Very enjoyable I taught the hotel was fairly out of the way the website didnt make clear how far away bars, restaurents & clubs where. The closest train stop was a 7 min walk also. |

The pension offers only very basic services, but it´s clean and in a good position if you are visiting the city. Breakfast was abundant, but quality was not high. Look for a good coffee bar around the very first morning, you will need it! |

service, friendly staff the beds in some rooms were old and in bad condition, we changed the room 2 times, staff was friendly help in this. Sadly enough a bad sleep has big consequences for the rest of that day and a short weekend out. |
