I really did not like this hotel, staff we pleasant

The bed was made up with a duvet that didn't fit, so we ended up having 2 separate duvets, not ideal, there is no wi-fi in the room, you had to pay for that, although you can use internet in the lobby, breakfast cost 16 euros per person, hotel was at least a 25min walk to the nearest metro station, swimming pool and sauna a joke, have been bigger paddling pools - feel it is very misleading to say hotel has swimming pool as it is very very small and you can't do any laps in it

The hotel is located very close to restaurants, shops, cafes and train station. The staff was very friendly and helped us everytime we needed. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Nothing more to say. We never had any problems and our stay went very well.

The hotel is situated in a comparatively quiet area and our windows were facing the inner yard. Hotel staff were attentive and friendly, rooms were neat and tidy and the linen was clean and of good quality. In the room there was bottled drinking water granted, which we appreciated very much as it was a hot day. Breakfast was quite decent with courteous staff. Within easy reach there were several restaurants to go to in the evening after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi of good quality. It is very close to the U-bahn station. We were quite content with our hotel.

It would be a problem to go up to your room if you have much luggage as there was no elevator.

Lovely hotel, great location and a very good price

one of the cheapest hotels with single rooms and en suite facilities. great situation right next to Altona station. On direct train line to airport and easy access to centre/ harbour etc. very clean and everything works (well it is Germany ! )

Extremely comfortable bed, I have never had so fantastic pillow in a hotel! Very kind staff and great location. Easy access to desy (bus station is close). Good price for what I expected. It was clean and conveninet for public transport, and the area was interesting. The Turkish restaurant on the corner is terrific.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la estación Altona por lo que de allí se puede conectar a cualquier punto de la ciudad. En los alrededores hay muchos lugares para comer y de distintas variedades. La habitación fue muy confortable.

No es algo que nos haya molestado, pero la recepción del hotel es en el hotel de al lado, por lo que al principio hay ubicarse para poder hacer el check in. Pero en general muy buen hostel, lo recomendamos.

Zimmer war sehr eng. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt einfach zu klein.

Bedden waren goed en lekker schoon. Functionele kamer.

Kamer iets aan de kleine kant, maar of je daar over moet vallen.

хорошее расположение в нескольких минутах ходьбы от станции альтона. рядом ресторанчики и магазины. на вокзале даже ночью можно купить еду и напитки, хотя и по завышенной цене. в номере на двоих была ванна, а не душевая кабина. номера просторные, бесплатный интернет.

вход в отель был через соседний, так как в нашем на 3 этаже ремонт. немного пахло краской. если открывать окна, то слышны поезда, так как окна на вокзал. при закрытых окнах проблем нет. очень дорогой завтрак - 9 евро. он того не стоит. на вокзале всегда можно купить кофе и булочки, стоить будет дешевле.
