friendly staff, close to metro station U2

The staff were friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with my room they changed it the next morning. Also great location across the street from U-Bahn U2 Bullowstrasse station.

No blackout curtains so sleeping late is a challenge. No air conditioning, but the weather was good so not a problem on this trip. No coffee/tea pot in the room. If breakfast is not included then €7.50 is high for what you get at the hotel.

Very friendly staff, room very clean and comfortable. Excellent location, just across a street from metro station...2 stops to Alexander platz. Safe and not expensive parking.

Big and light room

Very large room with lots of natural light. Convenience of kitchen area. Next to tube so very easy for getting around the city. Staff very helpful and friendly.

location is pretty good and the rooms are large.

no reception after midnight and the room was cold.

a small inconvenience of no main light in the room

Location is good right beside the underground train stop bullowstrabe on the red line. Staff very friendly. A lot of very good places to eat with in 5-10 mins of walking.

The hotel shares the same building with a bank and the building has name of the bank all over it on the side facing the underground train line exits. As the hotel is in the corner of the street, for a new comer it becomes difficult the first time to locate the hotel if coming out from the underground station. Should have a hoarding or display board facing the underground line visible for people coming out from the station exits.

excellent breakfast, very professional staff, metro station 10 meters from hotel, very large,cosy and totally silent room, fast internet connection and all of these at a very low price.

The location and the price! The room was quite big and the heating was working properly. Although the hotel was beside the metro station in the rooms was perfect silent!

The room is definitly well located and the breakfast is quite good. You really get a value for your money. And the bed is very confortable

My only issue was that there were some bad smells coming from the bathroom. Nothing terrible but something that might become an pain.

I got a great rate and the location is super!

It was not so clean as one would hope. The smell of urine in the bathroom toilet was overpowering and there was mould and dirt in the shower. I upgraded to a Comfort Room and should have had a sitting area... not such sofa or chair was in the room. The pictures on your website did not reflect the room I got.

Modern hotel. Nice reception staff.Good location. Spacey room.u-bahn is near the hotel. Shopping street is pretty close. Free public parking. Great value for money (23€ for single in the double room)

I had the windows on the street so it was noisy when you are opening the window. The maid disturbed me, she entered my room in 10:30 and asked when I will depart. Sewerage has to be cleaned.no smell but you have to wait the water will go out of the cabin.

the hotel is really near metro. and if you come to Berlin by train, there is a bus M85 outside the Berlin Central Station. It will stop at this hotel(across the road). the room is deeply clean, and big. the bathroom is also really nice, we had a very good shower. the staff is also nice and give us helpful advice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The spacious room, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel

On arrival, after arranging a late arrival agreement, I was lost as how to find the sister hotel where my bookingin was to take place.

the "comfort double room" is amazing!! it is hard to believe they offer it for such a price. also the location is perfect just across the street from the U-Bahn station.
