The room were clean, good sellection a for breakfast and located in the heart of the shopping district We had a quad room- which was a 3 with an extra bed so the room was crowded and the extra bed was very saggy and not comfortable to sleep in. We asked for direction to Sachsenhausen Concentration camp memorial but got very good instructions to to Sachsenhausen Street and wasted most of the morning- so double check everything |

location was very good not to far from places to see and next to all expensive shops. one of the staff was very helpful great breakfast clean the bed was not ncomfortable at all |

The bed was comfortable and the breakfasts were good. Everything worked in the room. There was no noise from the street. It seemed to be a little noisy in the evening, with the clatter of plates or something else. This was despite the fact that my room faced a central garden. |

Good breakfast - plenty of choice, room were clean, excellent location with regards to S-Bahn, U-Bahn & Bus routes. |

It was close to everything. Nice rooms Unfortunately I by mistake, booked a economy double room... It did not have toilet and the shower was in the middle of the room. But I guess it was my own mistake... |

Good location near very good trasport links and city centre. Reception staff could be more friendly and helpful.Hotel telephone charges should be available on request as verbal quotation could give you a nasty surprise as I discovered at checkout time. |

Location was excellent. Staff pleasant No en-suite. WC shared with floor. Room tiny. Furnishing and decor need revamp. Rooms not soundproof. Noisy. Overall very poor hotel, the worst I have ever stayed in. |

Comfortable, friendly hotel in close proximity to city centre. Wide selection of eatring places very close to hotel, much better value for money than restaurants in city centre. No air conditioning. |

My Girlfriend and I stayed there for 2 nights and it was really really cool, nice location and even better breakfast one of the best I have ever had in a hotel in Europe really worth the money we paid for and also the staff at the reception were friendly and happy to help us they did whatever they could to help us in every single issue e might have! |

I liked everything in the hotel, main location is perfect placed, the brekfast is terrific. The stuffs are very good and the room cleaned. Dont be in doubt when you go to Berlin stay in this hotel. It woth the money. Just recommend best english speaker at reception. |

Excellent location between top international designer shops, centrally located but quiet in the evening, easy parking in front of hotel for 5euro, good access to top attractions both by foot and public transport. Tasty breakfast, large selection of tourist brochures at reception. Slightly aging interior, although clean and good condition. |
