Very dirty..I do not advice.
Great location. Fair price.
Late night staff was rude and short. Wifi did not reach room. Elevator was finicky. Blinds did not block out sun. No AC meant you had to keep windows open, meant you listened to the sounds of the busy berlin streets all night.
We arrived in 9.30am, and were able to check in immediately. The staff went out of their way to provide the most accommodating stay, and after the bad luck we have had everywhere else, this was incredible. The hotel is a little bit out of the major city, but everything is easily accessible, and the staff are willing to provide details on how to get around. This place is amazing. Absolutely incredible value for money. Would definitely stay here again.
Nothing is good ! I don't understand how this "hotel" has a rate of 7 !!
Residential building Very tiny toilet, your face is against the wall when you sit on it ! Shower door opens straight to the room Sink in the room Old furniture and covers No WIFI in the room The staff do not speak English well
All the rest, we left after one night, anyhow we had to pay full period, great. Reception unfriendly upto arrogant, Rooms : dirty carpets, smelly carpets in stairway, no bathroom, just a shower in the room, bed short and uncomfortable matresses, thin walls, could hear neighbours while trying to sleep. website not representative for what awaits you once you pass the receptiondesk.
Good location and breakfast. Qiuet, alough it is in a busy part of the city. The car parking solution is excellent. The room service every day is good.
Little bit overcrowded room. The bathroom is dark (not much light in it). The service during breakfast is not very smooth.
good location, close to U-Bahn breakfast was nice
Wi-fi did not work all the weekend and staff was not very helpful. The hotel rooms look much better on the pictures than in reality.
Great location, breakfast and service.
The only weak point is that in summer the rooms dont have air conditioner, very hot for sleep.
The place is very clean and tidy.
We were told the wireless was free by one of the staff members. When we checked out we had a huge bill for the wireless! Weaid about 50 euros extra for one nights worth of wireless. Wireless should be free. Better customer service would be appreciated.
Location was key.
Very rude and bad mannered woman on reception. Old and tired place could do with a make over.
The location is excellent, and the staff efficient and friendly.Breakfast was plentiful and good.Bed quite comfortable, and as the room was to the back, agreeably quiet.
The room to which we were allotted was uncomfortably small, and due to the heat (outside it was well over 30°C) much too hot (no air-conditioning!). I was assured that, if we came again, we would be able to move to a larger room, if necessary.
Only it's location
Good location, on a main shopping street and a 2 min walk form a tube station. Good sized room with lots of windows to keep cool.
Awful wifi that we couldn't connect to for the entire first day, and the staff offered absolutely no assistance when we asked for help
close to city center with good connections (under ground and S-Bahn). Inexpensive compared with othe 3 stars hotels. A quite fine breakfast.
Small room. Thin walls, so it was noisy and you can hear and sure be heard through the walls ! No celling lights. recommended for one night.
Rooms. Staff attitude. Booking said wireless is working, but wireless was not available in rooms and not functionall in the lobby. (One of the maon reasons i picked the hotel was not working properly)
very good personal very good placed
Very bad hotel
Facilities, Breakfast, staff's help, cleanliness
NIce stuff, good location and quite neighbourhood despite the fact that the hotel is in the centre of Berlin
Old style and lack of modernity
pictures promise way more than actually offered. seemed to us more like an hour-motel
Very small room, extremely small bathroom( the smallest i have ever seen). old furniture(from DDR time i suppose). Bed unstable, made weird noise all the night, couldn,t sleep the whole night then we missed the breakfast in the morning. it would be 1000 times better if we stayed in Hostel :(
We checked out 20 min after checking in !!!!!! The staff was really really rude - The room was extra small for a twin - old and consumed furniture - money is lost i will never recommend it even free of charge. And booking.com didn't help - as the management of the hotel refused to refund. what a shame
Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Very close to U Adenauerplatz. About 15-20 mins trip to the heart of Berlin, Brandenburger Tor. Was fairly clean and breakfast was good. Overall satisfactory for the price you pay.
There was a leak in the corridor bathroom which kept me awake for hours due to the noise. The squeaky floor were also very noisy early in the morning.
Good breakfast buffet with a variety of options
The pictures are far better than the room we stayed in. The room smelled like smoke. It could need some renovations.
