This is a exellent hotel, we couldn't have asked for a better room. The service was great and the staff was very friendly.

Nothing - the place is perfect.

We had a big room with extra bed even if we payed for the small room. Very clean and quiet

Staff isn't familiar with english speaking and don't have a kindly welcome

Female daytime receptionist was very unpleasant who gave me Wrong directions which I believe was on purpose

Hotel idel as 5 minutes walk from main station, room quite spacious

Location across from main Hamburg train stations is excellent. Location is close to many good restaurants and shopping.

I paid four different room rates for four nights. goofy!

Good location close to main train station, just needed a place to sleep prior to a flight home

No free wi fi. No restaurant for dinner but there is a wide choice nearby. Window did not seal properly and there was noise from local building activity. Tv remote did not work Hotel staff were efficient but a smile would have helped!

Room is very small, wi fi is so slowly, like 20 years ago!!

Wi-fi problematic - have to register, that sends you an e-mail but as you don't have acssess to an e-mail, one cannot get the wi-fi working... just stupid!

Convenience

Basic room with big bathroom, right across the train station and at a good price.

Recommend it for short stays because it is a bit small. The hotel doesn't have parking so you have to find one yourself.

GREAT location just 1 minute away from the main station in Hamburg, with a very good bakery on the other side of the street (called Junge) and 2 museums nearby. Also, free use of a laptop computer with internet on the hotel entrance.

Buffet breakfast was a little pricey and the shower in the bathroom could be small for large people.

The shower curtain stuck in the shower uncomfortable on the body and the small sink is covered by a board almost.

It's right across the rail station which was perfect for us as we traveled by train to other destinations. The room was clean and comfortable .. No kettle

The people on the front desk apart of giving you the key don't help with anything else e.g zero info

Central location,comfortable rooms which were very clean and modern.very good breakfast and price charged was reasonable for the stay.We would definitely use this hotel again.

No coffee or tea making in room but available at machine at reception.The free internet access was not that straight forward to set up

Our double occupancy room was a tiny cubicle unfit even for a backpacker traveling solo. Despite the fact that our so-called room was grossly overpriced, they demanded extra money even for the use of a tiny safe inside the cupboard. In a few words: a place to avoid at any cost !
