Area information

Many of Hamburg’s main sights can be reached on foot from the hotel. Visit the theatre, the Museum of Photography, the Kunsthalle gallery or the Museum of Art and Industry.

Mönckebergstraße and the Jungfernstieg can also be reached on foot, and offer a wealth of shops and arcades.

Excellent location across from the train station. Good restaurants and subway access very close by. Good breakfast. Internet terminal available without charge.

Bed was uncomfortable. Room decor was dark, uncoordinated, not very appealing.

Location of hotel is good and staff were freindly

The check in time is too late especially for travellers coming in from long distance. Check in time should be 10.00 am in the morning.

Arrangement of hotel near to the centre.

Every morning several times awoke for number cleaning! At all there was no tablet not to disturb! In number it was dark, not enough light.

Near the city center. Near the central station, U/S bahn stations

The hotel was a new opening but it seems a condo transformed in a hotel. Even if new as a hotel, the furniture belongs to the great-parents and the doors inside are already broken. The bathroom smells of humidity. Staff try to be gentle but has no "stile". Stuff insisted to clean room while we were in, they were cleaning elevator during check-out time, blocking 1 of 2. Breakfast is "decent"

Central location

More maintainance needs being carried out: shower (cold after 2 mins...), remote controller for TV... The impression is that more care should be dedicated to maintanance and cleanliness.

Extrem zentral und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Frühstück gut - auch um 10 Uhr noch genug da und freundlich! Check out um 11 Uhr - sehr praktisch!

Leichter Geruch nach Rauch - ehemals Raucherzimmer? War aber auszuhalten... als strenger Nichtraucher. Dusche/Duschwanne etwas alt - und sah daher etwas ungepflegt aus - war aber sauber.
