The buffet was amazing and the massage chair

Outstanding breakfast buffet. Rooms for 3 persons are spacious, we were traveling with family and needed 2 large rooms. Nice staff at the reception desk that were very helpful. Other staff we encountered were very nice. Easy access to 2 sbahn stations and the strassenbahn. (Muhlberg stop goes directly to and from the airport). Small cozy bar with draft beer. Good value for the price.

We stayed in the outside b building which was good for us. However, the walls are really thin and we could hear our family in the room next door, including the crying 2 year old all night long (jet lag). No printer so we could print our boarding passes. Wifi was only attainable in the main building on the entrance level.

Hotel Cult proved to be extremely below par in terms of its supposed 4 star status. The rooms were sub standard with yellow stains on the pillowcases, only one pillow per bed. The furniture in the rooms were cheap and more suitable for a 2 star hotel. Fixtures were in need of being replaced in the bathroom and the towels had bleach stains on them. The TV in the room was very old and there was no room safe. House keeping tried to enter the room at 9am on a Saturday morning by both knocking and then trying to enter the room. I have stayed in other hotels in this city that far exceeded this one. Hotel is also too far out of town on the outskirts of Sachausen and I wouldn't feel comfortable walking in the area.

Friendly, helpful staff, good range of choice for buffet breakfast

The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very good, offering a good variety of foods and fruits. The bar is nice and drinks reasonably priced.

There was no coffee in the rooms. The description of the hotel says it has free Sky satellite tv (Which is British)...but only has the German channels. The location is ok, far from airport but it is located by the rail station making the city easily accessible.

Very nice stuff, all of them very colaborative. Cleanliness. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was reallllyyy goodv. Very well furnished. There was a plate of cheese and eggs. The hotel is well decorated.

The room was well equipped but way too small for a 4 stars hotel. There was a cigarette burn on the chair. The staff was not well informed and they made us wait 10 minutes before finding our booking reservation that we provided as we're supposed to. I wouldn't have pay the full price for that hotel. It's defenitly not 4 stars....

During the 5 days we were there; the overall experience, the proximity to downtown Frankfurt and other dining areas, the availability of free parking and Wi-fi enabled clean rooms were somethings we find noteworthy to mention. The hotel and front desk staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful.

Peacefull location, quiet, nice gardens.

Boring breakfast with no internet in the room, but the internet conection was poor and slow at best most of the time.
