The staff were very helpful in finding facilities in the sister hotel next door e.g. when they did not have an electrical adapter to lend me (I had forgotten to bring mine for charging my phone) and when the hotel's internet facility was not working properly. If you had children it is in an area with strip clubs and sex shows and may not be suitable. |

Good location, it was easy to reach the center by foot. Basic rooms are really tiny, we were shown both types of accomodation and decided to take the "superior". |

Location, and decent quality of the rooms given that it is a 2 star hotel would be nice to have a kettle in the room and the shower curtain could be cleaner. |

I like the location and it is only 1 minute walk to the Central Station Haupbahnhof. All basic facilities are there even it is not a gorgeous hotel. It is good for budget traveler who wants to explore the city of Munich. The hotel is convenient but is surrounded by a few sex shops which is not very pleasant for single women to walk around. |

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were very courteous at all times. Rooms were incredibly small and not at all sound proof. I know it was Oktoberfest so the prices extortionist, but other hotels in the area were 30-50Euros cheaper for the same night! I paid 288Euro for two nights for a room smaller than my walk in wardrobe. Given we paid so much you'd think internet or bfast might have been included for the weekend. |

Location close to train station. The Comfort Room including bathroom is clean and spacious. When the staff gave the internet log-in access pin, she did not tell us there was any charge, the information sheet containing the access pin given to us did not state any charge either. However, we were asked to pay 7.80 euro for log-in twice on the same day when we checked out. The staff handling out bill said that they did not mention internet access was free and blamed us for not asking them in the first place. When we returned to home, we found out from Booking.com's webpage that the internet fee should be 3.90 euro per 24 hours. The hotel overcharged us. |

Its location near the main train station and 15 minutes walk from Marien Platz, the city center. room 517 was spacious. people who stayed in other rooms on the same floor had a much smaller room. The bathroom is extremely small and inconvenient |

Location to the train stop and city center, that's about it. They had full scale construction going on, supposedly starting at 9AM, but starting as early as 6:30 one morning, never later than 7:45AM. We asked to switch to a less noisy room, but were told they are all loud. We had scaffolding right outside of our window with workers going by regularly . . . Southern Germany in August is hot and humid, sleeping with the window closed was not even an option. No apologies, and more importantly NO mention on their website of any construction going on. The lobby is nicely redecorated, but the rest of the hotel is rundown and unattractive. The bathroom is tiny, and shower curtain was very dirty. The bed was also very uncomfortable. |

The hotel has a very good location, next to the main train station and within eay walk to the main touristic areas. The hotel is being renovated. We didn´t feel any inconvenience on that concerning to noise as we left early in the morning. We even were given one of the new bedroms which we congratulate was very well decorated. According to what we have seen seems that the hotel will be very nice for a city hotel and in a future visit to Munique we will certainly have in consideration depending on price. We certainly recomend this hotel in Munique |

Cheap accommodation < 5 mins walk from the Hauptbahnhof It was being renovated and there were bare walls and loose wires lying around. The rooms are very small and the facilities very basic, but it is pretty much what you would expect from a cheap hotel close to the station. |
