Very close to train station
Very poor sound isolation, paid wifi with only 1 device allowance
easy walk from main munich station and easy access into city centre
Clean, comfortable room. Staff were mostly helpful. Nice and close to train and bus station and walking distance to city centre.
They offer a £5 food voucher per day if you choose not to have your room made up but the cleaners never left us the voucher and it took a long time for the staff member at reception to believe that he owed us two vouchers. The area is also a little shady (plenty of strip clubs and casinos) so maybe not the best for children.
Heater was not working, wc is not working properly
Near central train station
Neighborhood not fine
Good location, nice staff
Need to pay for Wifi
GOOD SITE WIFI IS GOOD
WIFI IS NO FREE
The upgraded rooms are large by European standards and modern. If you have a car this hotel is connected to an Adjacent large parking garage that is quite handy.
Main Lobby is small.
Good size rooms, clean, great location from town and station. Friendly welcome by all staff.
Slight technical issue meant that initially it was thought that breakfast had not been paid for - but this was quickly and efficiently rectified by staff.
The personnel are english-speaking, kind. The room I stayed in was ok. Very close to railway station, near enough to places which could be visited
Have to pay for Wi-Fi about 3.9 euro, too far from Munchen Airport (paid 70 euro for taxi, better to go by metro) and from Alianz Arena (paid about 30 euro for taxi). Once arrived to Munchen hardly could find real Germans there, seemed like i was in Turkey or in one of the Arabian country, dirty town... Munchen didn't impressed me in one word. Better to visit Berlin, for example or probably other German small cities
Best location, best quality for this price!
Moved to a most satisfactory room on the 4th floor.
The first room allocated had no curtains with a dirty carpet and extremely basic facilities.
The bed is fantastic and comfortable room. Dealing with the staff is super friendly and polite
The booking and payment extremely slow, take your time
The closeness to the Hauptbahnhof was excellent.
I came to the point that the staff was not so organized because on the Check-in, we were asked to make the total payment and we didn't receive a receipt (I forgot to ask, too) and on the Check-out, some other guy again asked for the payment and told us that the payment was not recorded. I appreciate the trust when I explained but it is an uncomfortable situation when it comes to.
It's a nice and clean hotel, very close to Central Station and the old city! Really good!
No free WiFi!
30 seconds from the main station/Hauptbahnhof. Very good public transport. Hotel is very clean, staff friendly. Although it's off a very busy street it's possible to sleep with an open window.
The payable wi-fi isn't always stable (especially with mobile phones, the laptop connection was much more stable). There are transformations happening in& around the main station and so the entrance into the street (Goethestrasse) is a bit narrow & some dodgy creatures are hanging around at night. a bit daunting for women on their way home alone, but it didn't seem unsafe, just a bit uncomfortable.
As with most German hotels they are overpriced and of poor quality. For business travellers a bar is an essential part of meetings. Room was of poor quality furnishing and very small for the price
Cheap, cheerful and close to railway station and centre of Munich. Fine for a one night stay.
The area is slightly dodgy, seemed to be in the red light district with a few of shady characters. Wouldn't feel comfortable bring outside alone.
The location to the main train station is perfect, as is getting around to see the sites.
The rooms are tiny and our teenager who is very tall had to sleep on a fold away bed which was not very comfortable. The breakfasts are pretty ordinary.
Staff were very good, good base for exploring, comfort room super and great value
No fridge in room for beer
Location is convenient
Shower in the room was unbearably disgraceful, can't be given to people! Internet is paid, which is fine, but for paid internet quality of the signal should be better,- internet was very slow with unstable connection.
It was in a reasonable spot. Close to the main station which was great
Not the nicest of streets/area to stay in. The room variations. We booked 2 comfort double room and one of them had a couch, coffee table and single chair. The other was a tiny bathroom that the sink didnt fit in and you could only walk around the edge of the bed
Hotel was great, a short walk to the heart of Munich but right next to the main train station. The room was a really good size and well furnished with a modern feel.
There was a frosted glass door on the bathroom so I got to see a bit more of my fellow travellers than I would have liked.
My family was inlove with the hot shower. We didnt wanna get out. We loved how close everything was. You can shop, go to the markets find food anywhere and also walk 3mins to the train station and take 2hr train to Salzburg Austria. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we return to Munich.
Nothing to complain about.
