Hotel Ebertor  

The hotel was on the Rhein very good for trips on the river and being oppersite the railway station easy to go further by public transport and not haveing to drive every ware

We were cycling for 2 days along the river Rhein. Hotel has very good location on Rheinallee. Beautiful interior in the restaurant and the cellar. The stuff was very kind and helpful. Ample breakfast.

No family rooms. We were travelling with 2 kids and had to book 2 double rooms which made the overnight stay a bit expensive. Restaurants in the town were full. It was difficutlt to find the table without prior reservation. Even the hotel's cellar was crowded.

Lovely terrass area with beautiful view of the Rhine.. Good selection for breakfast at very reasonable cost. Good location.

Very disappointed with the room. Twins beds set at right angles to each other with cupboard between them. The room felt very cramped. Shower was very small resulting in the shower control being knocked each time you turned - water temperature then became too hot or too cold depending on which way the control had moved. Luckily we are not large people otherwise it would have proved to be even more uncomfortable taking a shower. It is possible s double room in the hotel itself may have been more suitable rather than the motel room we had.

Not particularly modern but comfortable.

The room was very small and exceptionally noisy because of the proximity of the railway. It was also hot and difficult to cool down.

badkamer te klein en het dekbed was voor die nacht te dun,omdat de vorst was ingetreden(waarschijlijk nog Zomerdekbed)

Wij vonden het een supper goed hotel, zeker de kamers gelegen aan de parkeerplaats. Verzorging was goed. Ook voor de verdoemde rokers waren hier mogeijkheden en was er rekening mee gehouden. Het genot was, een goed verzorgde kamer gelijk liggend aan de parkeerplaats waar je geen last had van enige receptie of iets dergelijks. Ik zou dit wel overal wilen hebben en ook mijn collega`S. Dit was echt een genot van vertier, de vrijheid die je genoot.

Buiten een super goede en nette verzorging was het nadeel, dat het er doodstil was, nergens een radio in het hotel of enige muziek. Onze beleving was, dat er weinig vertier was voor de klanten in het hotel. Zeker bij slecht weer was het er saai, daar zouden ze iets aan moeten doen. Verder was het prima.
