Great staff - we asked for additional blankets and they brought them immediately to our room; on our way to the swimming pool, they offered us additional large towels and bathrobes without us having to ask for anything. We really liked the building: the room had a great design, great material, and the wellness area was fantastic too: dim lights, quiet, luxurious, perfect to relax. We loved our stay at this hotel and are very likely to stay there again. Not a super friendly welcome for breakfast in the morning! |

Late check-in and early check-out possible. Room was not clean, especially not the bathroom. Most admit I stayed before and at that moment the room was clean and good value for money. |

Goed verzorgd hotel. Aangename, luxueuze eenpersoons kamers. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Goed restaurant. Personeel aan de receptie en het ontbijt efficient, maar koel en stug (Hamburgs?). Ontbijt goed verzorgd, maar toch wat prijzig. |

Zimmer nach hinten sind ruhig gelegen. Sehr kleines Zimmer. Fitness Bereich winzig, defekte Geräte. Im Frühstücksraum hauptsächlich 8-er Tische. |

Un hotel à proximité d'hambourg, avec toutes les comodités d'un hotel de standing et un personel à votre écoute.Une bonne table au restaurant, le tout pour un prix très raisonnable.A Essayer absolument, pour affaire ou pour un week end à deux. |

Die Inneneinrichtung, die ich wahrgenommen habe (Zimmer, Gänge, Frühstücksraum, Bar-, Restaurant, Empfang und Gänge) ist bis in das Detail durchdacht und liebevoll gestaltet und gepflegt unterhalten. Dabei wurde Wert auf "gute" Qualität und dezente Ausgestatung gelegt. |

Optisch angenehm gestaltetes Hotel. Der Fernseher war praktisch nicht nutzbar (auch in einem anderen Zimmer einen Freundes), da die Fernbedienung schlicht völlig unbrauchbar war. Man muss ein Karte zum Freischalten einstecken ok, aber dann musste man geschlagene 10-12 Sekunden auf eine Taste drücken bevor Sie reagierte (und zwar jede Taste). Das ist ein Konzeptfehler. |

Sehr ruhige Lage, gutes ausgewogenes Frühstücksbuffet, nettes Ambiente Die Öffnungszeiten für das Schwimmbad (bis 23.00) sind für Städtetourer nicht ideal. Leider war auch das Dampfbad defekt. Badezimmer sind nicht abschließbar, Zimmermädchen betrat das Zimmer/Bad ohne Anklopfen. Schon etwas peinlich! |

Das ganze Hotel macht einen sehr hochwertigen, luxuriösen Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und elegant eingerichtet. Das gleiche gilt auch für die Badezimmer. Das Servicepersonal ist freundlich. Das Frühstück hätte ein wenig besser organisiert werden können. Es gibt fast nur große Tische (für ca. 8 Personen). Als Pärchen mussten wir uns also zu anderen Hotelgästen an den Tisch setzen. Dies ist kein allzu großes Manko, hätte aber alles noch weiter abgerundet. |
