This hotel is a gem. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Food was good with a varied menu and good prices compared to other comparable hotels in Germany. Although around 15km from the city centre, public transport is nearby and reliable. Good small pool and spa area. I won't stay anywhere else if I have to work in hamburg. Although acceptable the breakfast buffet was not as comprehensive as some others I have experienced.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Convenient location near station. Was given a smokers's room despite asking for non-smokers. Evening meal overpriced and not very tasty. Probably more of a business hotel.

The hotel was close to friends. The rooms were stylish and clean. The hotel information boasts large rooms. My single room was small and it was difficult to move around with ease. The bathroom was nice and big. Next time I will request a larger room. The room was great for the price. The hotel is quite far from town. This wasn't a problem for me. But the bus and train connects are good. The no. 9 stops in from and it takes 20 minutes to Wansbek Markt where you can catch the U.

Nice free parking place is definitely a plus. Nice room, a little noisy though, as all the rooms are facing big streets. Close to regional train station, with around 15 min to central station( trains go every 30min). All in all, very nice hotel

Nicely situated at the quiet end of Rahlstedter Strasse yet in easy reach of motorway and city centre. Beer garden and plenty parking on-site, bakery, takeaway etc in the neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Clever non square box designed rooms. Spa facilities well beyond expectations. Altogether 5 star quality at 2 star price.

Very warm welcome, room was excellent, comfortable bed, the buffet breakfast was just what you can expect of it, good selection of food and drinks. The dinner in the restaurant was very very very good. I will most certainly come back!

Sehr moderne Zimmer und nettes Personal Der Wellnessbereich lag sehr weit von unserem Zimmer entfernt, man konnte nicht einfach mit seinem Bademantel früh zum Schwimmen gehen. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut, auch nachts, unbedingt nach hinten buchen, auch wenn diese Zimmer teurer sind. So hat man auch die Nähe zum Schwimmbad, welches auch in dem hinteren Trakt liegt.

Das kleine Bad war schön gestaltet. Das Bett war extrem bequem. Das Frühstück war zu karg dafür, dass es als Extraleistung mit 12,00 Euro pro Person berechnet wurde.

Alles in Allem ok. Zimmer sauber, aber nicht sonderlich groß. Insgesamt ruhiges Hotel. Sauna gut, aber nur drei Liegen beim einfachen Pool. War aber ok, da vermutlich kaum genutzt

Modernes, nicht biederes Landhotel am Rande der Großstadt. Ruhig, leicht erreichbar, Ziele im größeren Zentrum gut zu erreichen. Gut schlafen ist das wesentliche - erfüllt! Das Frühstück ist mit 12€ für einen kleinen Frühstücksappetit etwas zu teuer. Hier sollte es auch eine kleine alternative Lösung geben.

Gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, etwas außerhalb der City. Geschmackvolle Zimmer, sehr sauber. Frühstück gut und vielfältig, Service sehr aufmerksam. Hotel hat seine 4* zu Recht.
