Nice hotel, excellent dinner, breakfast fine. Massive free carpark. It's 30 mins drive from the centre of Hamburg. We knew this when booking, but it's worth remembering.

Facilities are very good, swimming spool, sudatorium, sauna and a nice parking space. We had comfortable and wonderful stay in this hotel. We stayed 3 nights, internet was valid for 48 hours only. We had to asked password once again at last night, we felt the hotel staff a little bit impatient.

This hotel is a gem. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Food was good with a varied menu and good prices compared to other comparable hotels in Germany. Although around 15km from the city centre, public transport is nearby and reliable. Good small pool and spa area. I won't stay anywhere else if I have to work in hamburg. Although acceptable the breakfast buffet was not as comprehensive as some others I have experienced.

Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Convenient location near station. Was given a smokers's room despite asking for non-smokers. Evening meal overpriced and not very tasty. Probably more of a business hotel.

The hotel was close to friends. The rooms were stylish and clean. The hotel information boasts large rooms. My single room was small and it was difficult to move around with ease. The bathroom was nice and big. Next time I will request a larger room. The room was great for the price. The hotel is quite far from town. This wasn't a problem for me. But the bus and train connects are good. The no. 9 stops in from and it takes 20 minutes to Wansbek Markt where you can catch the U.

Nicely situated at the quiet end of Rahlstedter Strasse yet in easy reach of motorway and city centre. Beer garden and plenty parking on-site, bakery, takeaway etc in the neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Clever non square box designed rooms. Spa facilities well beyond expectations. Altogether 5 star quality at 2 star price.

Bat am Samstag bei meiner Ankunft am 12.05.12 für Sonntagmorgen 13.05.12 um 8.00h (nur) um 1 Kännchen Kaffee auf mein Zimmer. Leider bestand die Möglichkeit laut Ihrer Rezeptionistin aus hohen Beschäftigungsgründen um diese Uhrzeit nicht. Ansonsten kann ich Ihr Haus nur lobend weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war dunkel, lag zum Hinterhof und ca. 30 Jahre nicht mehr renoviert. -für diesen Preis eine Zumutung!

Schönes Design, freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes Restaurant im Haus. Großer Parkplatz. Einzelzimmer sind extrem klein, aber dafür gut gestaltet. Lage im Altbau zu einer stark befahrenen Straße und Zimmer zum hauseigenen Biergarten. Besser im Neubau wohnen.

Kein Kleiderschrank, nur eine offene Stange mit etwa acht Kleiderbügeln für zwei Personen, das sind viel zu wenige; Nur ein Kleiderhaken im Badezimmer, ansonsten keinerlei Möglichkeiten Handtücher oder Badetücher aufzuhängen; auch ansonsten keinerlei Kleiderhaken

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, ein zweites Kissen zu bekommen überhaupt kein Problem. Drei furchtbare Nächte. Matratze sehr durchgelegen und ein Raucherzimmer bekommen. Ich hatte mich im Vorfeld über das Hotel belesen aber nirgendwo etwas gelesen, dass es auch Raucherzimmer gibt. Ein Umzug in ein Nichtraucherzimmer war nicht möglich da die Zimmer alle ausgebucht waren.

Das Gesamtpaket hat uns gefallen; Einrichtung, Sauberkeit, Größe der Zimmer, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Frühstücksbufett, Erreichbarkeit der Hamburger City (Bushaltestelle als Zubringer zur u- Bahn direkt vor dem Hotel). Hatte ein Raucherzimmer bekommen, obwohl Nichtraucher bevorzugt.

Der Service.! Wir hatten beim letzten Aufenthalt etwas vergessen im Bad, dieser Artikel wurde uns an der Reception ohne Nachfragen zurück gegeben. (Wir wußten nicht, wo wir diesen Artikel liegen gelassen hatten, waren nur auf der Durchreise) Das ist Service !!!

Fußbodenheizung war sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber schön und angenehm eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter sollten neu geschult werden. Bei der Abreise wurden wir nur gefragt ob etwas aus der Minibar entnommen oder das Frühstück in Anspruch genommen wurde. Nicht aber, ob wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten oder ob es irgendwelche Beanstandungen gegeben hat.
