Lift is from first floor not from groudflour. We booked non-smoking room but served with smoking room. No difference between economy rooms and comfortable rooms |

Very nice and clean. Breakfast better than expected. Friendly staff. Value for money! Rooms newly renovated.Nice! Parking in garage: easy and secure.Not my last stay in this hotel !!! Elevator smells bad. Somebody have been smoking in the elevator :-(( |

Excellent central location. Good buffet breakfast with a good choice of continental foods.Friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Would be very much appreciated by all customers if there was tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. |

The room was a reasonably large with an excellent bathroom. The elevator was old, slow and small. The room was dark and could have used more lighting. At all hours, working girls were frequently seen and heard on the nearby street corner, although there was never any indicidents or feeling of danger. |

It is a short walk from the main train station. The puritains must be aware that it is near the red district, although I felt that there is no danger, even at night. |

We experienced Hotel Eleazar Novum as a very nice hotel, silent, clean, good shower, excellent breakfast and nice staff. We decided for this hotel for its parking facilities. |

Location is great, only a few stations away from all the sights. Breakfast was decent and staff very friendly. Could be too noisy if you want to sleep with the windows open, but if you close them it's as if nothing's going on outside. |
