No one at reception upon my arrival and had to go into the kitchen to find some one to book me in. Did warn me when I left my key at reception that there was no night porter or any emergency number. I was locked out of my room all night. Breakfast was out of bacon and eggs dry and tasteless. No attempt by the staff to replenish either. I would not recommend the hotel.

the staff were helpful, very good parking, food was very well presented and good. room was nice and the hotel is welcoming the modifications to the hotel are a small problem, I had to go uot of the hotel the get to the restaurant, spoken English was limited

The hotel engel was everything german. If your expecting 5 star then dont book here. But! It was very clean, large room nice staff.

An excellent family hotel in a good location. A great stop over from the uk to Italy as we did. Rooms were very smart and comfortable. Very nice restaurant and very helpful staff.. A little knowledge of the German language would be a benefit!

This was an overnight stay on a journey from Italy to Holland. It was a clean comfortable reasonably priced hotel in a convenient location. It had a car park. A reasonably priced excellent dinner and a nice breakfast.

Ideal for getting to the University. It's tatty - just needs a good refresh of the decor. Car park gets very busy (restaurant is popular) which can cause problems if arriving later at night. Seems to be very much a stopover hotel for guys travelling from southern Europe to the North.

Terrific country style hotel, food was excellent (you must have the trout as they have their own trout farm). Rooms were spacious and well presented. Be aware that it is a bit of a drive to ULM itself.

Valur for money + nice clean room No moskito net on the windows bringd all the surrounding bug life into the room + no aiconditioner at 28 degrees makes doubtful sleeping experience Small fan made it more bareable

Very comfortable, and close to Ulm... Fantastic brunch, and the staff were excellent! Nothing serious...shower was a bit odd in that it allowed water to run out of the stall onto the floor, but we used a towel to mop it up--no worries!

I liked the good location, quite near to the Highway .. They have a very good Salad with turkey. The room was quite clean, I liked it. You must read the notebook from the table in order to know how is the procedure of the internet access .. just ask for a ticket from the Büro. There are many things that I did not liked. Just some examples : - the phonic isolation is non existent, there were some loud neighbours .. I could hear everything they said - the staff is friendly but not so polite, if you ask me .. for 3 stars, they must do better - there was no fridge in the room and was very hot tough ..

Everything about this hotel was first class. Our room was enormous, luxurious and quite exceptional value for money. The staff, all members of the same family, were friendly and welcoming, spoke good English but were also happy to have us practice our German on them. Nothing was too much trouble.
