Noise.

We had room for 3 person (we were only 2) with WC and shower.

I have paid for the room cash, but from my account the sum for the room was reservierd twice. Money is still reservierd. Hotel personal told me that it is them mistake (someone didn't see that I paid cash and that once money actually was mistaken reservierd) and I will get my money back. It hapenned 4 days ago and I am still waiting.

The location is excellent, very close to the shopping street and the Neuse castle. The tram station Olgaek is just in front of the hotel. The prices are really low. The breakfast was excellent.

Our room (202) looked really bad: the carpet was old and full of stains, the tv set full of chewing gum, the curtains were stained and too small so they didn't cover the whole window,the towels really worn-out and stained and thw worst was that we found some red little bugs on our pillow cases ...

The location was very convenient, you can walk to city centre within about 10 minutes. The breakfast isn't amazing, but it does the job; it seems to be rolls, crackers, cereal, ham, yoghurt etc. The staff were really friendly and spoke fluent English which made things a lot easier. The room we had wasn't amazing but as a budget hotel we were okay, the only thing was the private bathroom we booked constantly smelt as the ventilator fan didn't really do it's job. If you're going to Stuttgart for Stuttgart and not a 5* hotel, I'd recommend staying here.

It was worth of its price.

Very nice location 10min walk to the centre and 15min walk to the centrail train station, 100m to a supermarket, many bakeries and places to eat nearby. Very helpfull and kind chief receptionist. Good breakfast, starting 06:30. The trams passing in front of the hotel do not cause much trouble as the acoustic insulation is very good. Excellent price/quality ratio.

Very friendly staff and great location. Price was a great deal.

We had a room for 3 adults. The room was small. But we only used the room to sleep.

Location & Price good, second trip to this hotel, stayed there during summer last year, downside was that there is a major U-Bahn junction outside (handy for connections) but noisey when windows are open (in summer rooms were very hot to sleep in with window closed). But knowing it was going to be cold out booking this hotel for xmas markets was fine. (Kept windows shut- room then quite). Breakfast is simple but fine. Would stay there again.

Carpets could do with replacing, ac would be nice during summer. Vents in ensuites did not seem to work great.
