The staff were very attentive, they try their best to acoomodate our needs. They have internet service which is on hourly basis but we had free 30 minutes internet!! That was really kind of the owner. The breafast was decent. |

Hotel has good location,very close city center and railway station; The tram station just on side of the gate of the hotel,for this point, it's easy to go anywhere you want; The staff from reception very nice, kindly helping for the information of city tour; Breakfast is good enough! For backpackers or short stay,it is the perfect place. So, i like it very much! |

Location to train station and to city of Stuttgart. The breakfast was good. Close location to market was good, and location to nice walking park and observation tower (about one hour walk or 15 minute bus trip) |

Easy access from there to trams and train station; we had an excellent breakfast included! Kind staff and helpful. Though located in a quiet area, hotel is right in the middle of downtown bars and other questionable places - , we were not sure if it was safe in evening |

Staff, breakfast, and location are all very good. And price. Easy to reach from Hauptbahnhof (central station): only 3 stops with trams 5/6/7, so a Kurzstrecke ticket (EUR1) suffices. Close to Staatstheater and museums. Wifi (WLAN) connection would be a good addition. |

not walking distance from the central station. The curtain is too small for the window and I could see the U-Bahn station all day. |

We had a very nice room on the top floor of the hotel, it has lots of light and only cost the just a little bit more than staying at a hostel. The breakfast was great and the lady on reception was very helpful. |

Location, price, and breakfast were all good. Room was fine. TV remote control did not work. It would be nice to have WLAN (Wifi) at this hotel. |

Hotel staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast was amazing! we had a balcony :) Staff looked after our luggage for free after check out. Shower doors were broken so it leaked. Elevator didnt go up to the 5th floor so we had to drag suitcases up from the 4th. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Relaxed breakfast. Despite having to share a bathroom and no parking on site, it is excellent value for money. It is also centrally located in Stuttgart and a tram station on its doorstep. Parking is not ideal. We parked up about 4km away where parking was free and used the excellent tram services throughout our stay. As we said, a station is right on its doorstep. |

The breakfast is delicious and the location of the hotel is in front of the U-bahn, and just 3 stops to the main train station. The staff are very nice. The area is quiet but seems like a little bit dangerous. |

Close to transport - right next to station - 3 stops from the centre Bad service - waited 25 mins to be served and 2 and a half hours to be able to get in our room - well past stated check in time as room was not ready. Was also told we would have to change rooms on the second night of our stay, which after asking about the next morning another staff member sorted out so we didn't have to check-in/out again. |
