Nice swimming pool/fitness center and great breakfast buffet, room very comfortable Location (subway far away so taxi or bus 100 or 200 to reach the center), no tea/coffee facility in the room |

the rooms were lovely and the hotel staff were very helpful the only thing i did not like was the t.v broke and we had to move rooms but besides that it was perfect |

I loved the hotel room, the efficient service, the price and the amenities included, eg swimming pool etc paying for the sauna but still wasnt badly priced |

I liked the location of the hotel. It is near the park and is only a short walk into any of the major neighbourhoods in Berlin. Only a minor thing, but they pushed two beds together to make a double bed and the bed was dressed with two single duvets. This was a bit poor for a 5 star hotel. |

Staff friendly and efficient. Penthouse room beautifully decorated with very comfy bed and a large terrace with roof top view of Berlin. Good food in restaurant both breakfast and evening meal Would of been nice to have a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee in room |

Nice looking, very clean and well maintained. Good location, serviced by the No100 Bus. Walking distance (if you like long walks like me and my wife do) to both the historic center of the city and the market district. Small but nice swimming pool and reasonably priced sauna, (9 Euros per person). Everything spotlessly clean. 1. Some of the staff had a "teacher like" attitude toward us. Some people would even call it aggressive. One might thing that it is to be expected from very strict people like Germans but in the hospitality business it is unacceptable. There were moments, i thought they were going to give us the "shaking finger" routine. In fact it is very hard to get a smiling face in Berlin if you do not speak German. We were very disappointed by that. In all fairness this is not a problem of the hotel stuff but of the Berliners in general. 2.Nothing to eat or drink nearby. Not even a kiosk or a mini market. 3.The price of the water in the room was ridiculous (6 Euros!!!) |

It is central to all the sights in Berlin but if you dont want to walk the public transport is excellent, coming close to the hotel. |
