Nice looking, very clean and well maintained. Good location, serviced by the No100 Bus. Walking distance (if you like long walks like me and my wife do) to both the historic center of the city and the market district. Small but nice swimming pool and reasonably priced sauna, (9 Euros per person). Everything spotlessly clean. 1. Some of the staff had a "teacher like" attitude toward us. Some people would even call it aggressive. One might thing that it is to be expected from very strict people like Germans but in the hospitality business it is unacceptable. There were moments, i thought they were going to give us the "shaking finger" routine. In fact it is very hard to get a smiling face in Berlin if you do not speak German. We were very disappointed by that. In all fairness this is not a problem of the hotel stuff but of the Berliners in general. 2.Nothing to eat or drink nearby. Not even a kiosk or a mini market. 3.The price of the water in the room was ridiculous (6 Euros!!!) |

It is central to all the sights in Berlin but if you dont want to walk the public transport is excellent, coming close to the hotel. |

Beautiful bedroom and bathroom, lovely luxurious feeling, great staff food/drinks too expensive at hotel and quite a long way from the city 'buzz' |

Very helpful and courteous staff. Nice well equiped room. Good restaurants, good food. Not too many alternative restaurants in the neighbourhood (walking distance). |

The rental bikes were a great way to see the city. The restaurant was very good and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. Perhaps more staff at the check-in/out desk. For an international hotel, I would expect English speaking newspapers in the morning. |

the staff were very helpful and friendly. the hotel facilities were excellent. i used the gym and i enjoyed that harry's bar was great fun and the music was great. |

The location is perfect especially for shopping and art lovers!.Close to KaDeWe and Art Gallery.The room is very specious with big windows and lots of daylight.Amazing breakfast. |

We enjoyed everything that this wonderful hotel had to offer. The hotel,although not in the very centre was ideal to either shop or sightsee.After a day out and about it was wonderful to return for a glass of wine in the courtyard and then on to the wonderful Harry's Bar at night! No tea/coffee making facilities |
