朝食メニューが豊富な上、豪華で卵料理も今までの中で一番美味しかった。 １室を2人で宿泊したのにもかかわらず、ガウンも、布団も、アメニティも１人分しか用意されてなかった。 |

市内観光バスがホテルのすぐそばから出ていた。 隣室のテレビの音が1日目の午前2時頃までうるさかった。 |

料金のわりには、部屋に備品がたくさんありバスタブもちゃんとありとても快適に過ごせました。特に朝食は、- 種類が豊富でとてもよかったです。 |

テラス付きペントハウスとツインルームを家族旅行で宿泊しました。両方テラス付きスイートにすれば良かった- と思います。ツインは普通。料金から考えてもスィートは断然お得感あります。テラスもベルリン市内が見え気- 持ちよく部屋もバスルームも広くて快適。断然お勧めです。バーも生演奏あり良かった。朝食も広々として盛り- 沢山のメニュー。朝の散歩にも環境よく、ポツダム広場からも歩いて帰れます。部屋の色彩もとてもお洒落。 3泊中なぜか2日目のシャワー、風呂水が茶色の水。フロントに電話したところすぐに係りの人が来て20分ほ- ど水を流しっぱなしにしてなんとかましになった。浴槽の底辺に錆のような細かい土様なものが溜まっていた。- 英語の通じる係りが電話で良くあることと言っていたが・・ |

就寝の時、single used にきずいた。布団、バスローブ、スリッパがひとつずつしかなかった。夜寒いので、深夜だが、布団は持ってき- てもらった。他は、最後までひとつのままでした。 上記の説明がなかった。 |

高級感のあるホテルで、市内の喧噪から離れ静かで落ち着いた場所は良い。しかし、市内に観光・食事に行くた- めには毎回タクシーが必要。徒歩には不便な場所。 |

5つ星ホテルとしてハード面のみならず、ソフト面でもゲストを歓迎するホスピタリティーが各所で感じられ、- とても気持ちよく滞在する事ができました。小さい子供を連れての滞在でしたが、スタッフの方に優しく接して- もらい助かりました。無料で利用できるプールに子供は大満足。朝食も充実しています。 特にありません。徒歩で観光スポットに出かけることは難しいですが、徒歩2分のところにバス停があって、容- 易に観光スポットに出かけることが可能。周囲は大使館が立ち並ぶ閑静なエリアでした。そんなエリアの割りに- は車庫代が1日20EURするのがちょっと高いと感じましたが、まぁ許せる範囲です。 |

It is central to all the sights in Berlin but if you dont want to walk the public transport is excellent, coming close to the hotel. |

Very helpful and courteous staff. Nice well equiped room. Good restaurants, good food. Not too many alternative restaurants in the neighbourhood (walking distance). |

The rental bikes were a great way to see the city. The restaurant was very good and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. Perhaps more staff at the check-in/out desk. For an international hotel, I would expect English speaking newspapers in the morning. |

The location is perfect especially for shopping and art lovers!.Close to KaDeWe and Art Gallery.The room is very specious with big windows and lots of daylight.Amazing breakfast. |

We enjoyed everything that this wonderful hotel had to offer. The hotel,although not in the very centre was ideal to either shop or sightsee.After a day out and about it was wonderful to return for a glass of wine in the courtyard and then on to the wonderful Harry's Bar at night! No tea/coffee making facilities |
