Hotel com um espaço de recepção agradável para se estar, quartos extremamente grandes e confortáveis com WC a condizer. Localização junto ao rio que apesar de ser um pouco afastado dos polos de atracção ( 15 minutos a pé) é um dos locais mais bonito e calmo da cidade. Serviço de Bar/Restaurante e pequeno almoço caros. |

Não gozamos muito o Hotel porque há muito para ver. Os quartos são muito bons, hotel num local central e sossegado. Sem ruidos.Camas muito confortáveis. |

De nada em especial Num hotel de 5 estrelas é, no mínimo, razoável que mudem os lençois sempre que necessário, sobretudo quando estes são deixados no chão para dar essa indicação. Não faz sentido não haver touca de banho (habitualmente disponiveis em hotéis inferiores) e... seria uma cortesia aceitável se não cobrassem 6 € por cada garrafa de meio litro de água. |

Bom atendimento, excelentes instalacoes. Boa relacao custo / benefício. Para quem tem pouco tempo, a localizacao nao é das melhores. As principais atracoes turisticas encontram-se em Berlin Oriental. |

The room was spacious and just like shown in the pictures! The neighborhood is very nice and quite. Bicycle rental is available directy from the hotel for a very reasonable price! Very expensive room service! We paid € 23 for 2 cups of coffee! |

The general experience of spending the weekend in this hotel was very nice. They allow us to check in before the average time and everything was as it was expected to be. To pay 9€ for going to the sauna facilities that only have two different sauna rooms. Too expensive, I wouldn't pay it again. A more reasonable price for those facilities would be 4€/person. Also, I didn't like that they don't put hair conditioner in the bathroom. |

The location, the staff, the facility to have bike for a tour in the city, the balcon and the view The 2nd booking experience = to way to extend one day earlier via booking.com my stay, the low response time from the hotel staff, the fact the room was 20% more expensive for this additional night, the breakfast room is hugly... Hope to have the option to have breakfast in room next time for the same price |

I love the weather-sheltered outside-lounge. The one dinner I had in the restaurant was great. Breakfast service was fine, as well as the parking facilities. In short: I enjoyed, even though I did not even try half of your many facilities. Roomservice only as of noon, as I understood it. I would have liked some strong coffee at wake up time. |

The rooms were really nice!!! Also the staff was amazing, and everybody was really polite! The best thing about the hotel was the area they had outside of the hotel!you could have exelent drinks and also enjoy diner! Its a hotel that you want to stay around!breakfast was perfect! Also we could rent bikes that were great! |
