Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent room! The €18 breakfast is worth the money - try it! This is a classic European 5-star hotel. €20 charge for a parking in the hotel garage. Charge for the use of Internet (even in the Business Center). |

We were traveling with small children and outside temperature was sometimes over 38C. This hotel offered very good oasis for us, because we couldn't be outside more than few hours at a time. We are so glad we choose this hotel, which suited our purposes perfectly (clean and big room, big bed, good restaurants, somewhat good location and suitable barrier-free environment). |

Outdoor-bar in the front of hotel was really nice. Especially it's peace of art waterfall was beautiful. Breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have pancakes too. Internet connection was not free, actually it was really expensive. |

Good staff, very helpful concierges, nice area, calm, wery good windows with no noise penetrating. The design of the bath; you must be very flexible to reach the bath robinet because a glass half window. |

Excellent!!! The hotel is really luxurious. The room was big,clean,modern. The breakfast was fantastic. The stuff was kind and helpful. The mini-bar is quite expencive.( 6 euro for a 500ml bottle of water) |

Rooms large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Concierge very helpful on several occasions. Bar staff attentive, cheerful and friendly. Reception staff at checkout not very helpful when we queried our bill, drinks expensive, breakfast very expensive, mineral water extortionate. |

The hotel is very near to the heart of the shopping area of Berlin. Easy to get from anywhere in the city. Internet rate is absolutely ridicules and not make sense. Never ever connect to the internet there. |
