Small cozy hotel run by Bulgarian family, we loved the traditional design with fireplace and carpets. The place is green and very quiet, the hosts are nice and helpful, and, btw, speak Russian (at least some of them). The staff is not always at the desk, and sometimes even not in the hotel. For us everything was okay, but some guests had to wait somewhere, because there was no one in the hotel and the doors were closed (our key from the room also opened the hotel door, so we were able to go outside). So youd better remind of yourself before arriving.

The rooms were very nice and clean, and the breakfast very tasty. Unfortunately the guy at the reception didn't speak English, but he quickly arranged for someone else who could talk with us.

I stayed at Hotel Plovdiv a total of three times over the last year and a half, and if I ever go to Berlin again, I will definitely stay here a fourth time. It is probably my favorite of the many hotels I have stayed at during the three years I lived in Germany. The location is easy to get to whether you drive or fly, as it's less than 10 minutes off the Berlinerring Motorway A10 and even closer to Schoenefield Airport. The best thing about Hotel Plovdiv is the staff. The proprieter is one of the nicest people I met during my three years in Europe. He is also an outstanding chef; Every dinner I ate at Hotel Plovdiv was excellent. Make sure to try the Bulgarian brandy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food, both at breakfast and at dinner was very good. The rooms were clean and warm and the hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Pokój świerzy I miły.Czyściutka mięciutka pościel aż kusiła żeby się w niej położyć.W Jadalni na dywanie wylegiwał się piękny duży kot którego kondycja fizyczna I zaufanie w stosunku do gości świadczyły o tym że jego właściciele są ludzmi dbającymi o wszystkie żywe stworzenia ze swoimi klijentami włącznie.

Die ruhige Lage zum Hof , der gute Service Abholung vom Flughafen das gute Frühstück alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt, der gemütliche Essraum die gute bulgarische Küche, rundherum wir würden wieder hinfahren Die Teppichböden sonst alles auch das Bad und Sauberkeit ok

Ici , vous êtes en Allemagne et en Bulgarie en même temps :) C'est plutôt une pension style "rétro" ou un b&b chez habitant. Vous vous sentez vraiment chez vous , tellement vous êtes accueillis chaleureusement. J'ai passé une nuit très reposante dans une des chambres doubles ; mais le meilleure souvenir que je garderai très longtemps , c'est celui du propriétaire - une personne vraiment exceptionnellement gentille , avec qui vous restez bons amis. Il nous a monté les valises à l'étage lui-même , il nous a reconduit à l'aéroport lui-même avec sa propre voiture , et surtout il m'a fait le plaisir en me parlant en ma langue natale - le russe :) Le petit-déjeuner est assez riche , et tout est très frais et bon. Endroit calme à proximité de l'aéroport Schonefeld. Si vous y allez , dites bonjour à Ivan de la part des 2 russes de la Belgique, il comprendra :) ivan , spasibo za vse !!! Si vous chercher la propreté parfaite, vous y trouverez quelques défauts. Vous entendrez parfois vos voisins passer. Mais l'ambiance qui y règne prendra surement le-dessus et vous serez ravis d'avoir été dans cet hôtel pas comme les autres. Bon séjour !

Cercania al aeropuerto de Schönefeld. Persona de recepcion muy agradable. Buena relacion calidad-precio. Hotel situado al lado de una carretera. Pedi una habitacion tranquila y me la dieron, no oi nada de ruidos.

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Lage und der Bewertungen gewählt, und stimmen diesen zu. Das Hotel liegt nah (ca. 2km) zum Flughafen Berlin -Schönefeld, aber auch in ruhiger Gegend, für die müden Flugreisenden sehr vorteilhaft, man kann gut ausschlafen. Hotelmitarbeiter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Danke für die kleinen Geschenke! Die Zimmer sind eher sparsam ausgestattet, aber das reicht aus. Reichhaltiges Frühstück (mehrere Sorten Wurst, Käse, Obst, auch Eier, Süßes, man isst sich schon satt) wird im nett geschmückten Zimmer serviert, man frühstückt in gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Ein- und Auschecken ist problemlos, bei Bedarf kann man das Zimmer wechseln, wenn weitere Zimmer frei sind. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es gibt auch einiges zu meckern, das sind vielleicht Kleinigkeiten, aber man sollte sie schon aus Fairness erwähnen. Die Betten/Matratzen sind zum Teil durchgelegt. Wir hatten 2 Betten im Zimmer, in einem davon waren die Federn besser zu spüren, nicht für jeden Rücken bequem. Die Sauberkeit ist ok, aber hier und da Staub, in der Dusche etwas Schimmel, in der Küche war die Spüle bzw. Ablage und das kleine Herd offensichtlich nach letzten Gästen nicht sauber gemacht. Haben wir selbst dann erledigt. Im Winter ist es relativ kühl in den Zimmern im Erdgeschoss, man soll die Heizung voll aufdrehen. Ansonsten ist Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok, und das Hotel ist für ein paar Tage Berlin-Reise zu empfehlen.
