Staff were excellent, easy links to trams to the city centre and a free travel card. Hotel was clean, food was good, and there is a pub very close by. They gave us a twin room although I booked a double and the pillows are rubbish.

It was clean and tidy, rooms were large, staff were efficient and helpful when needed A bit far from city centre, not many facilities around about. Breakfast expensive at 12euro per person

We really appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the room. It was such a pleasure coming in every day to such wonderful room. The staff was very helpful and willing to provide lots information about Dusseldorf.

Small Hotel with quite good local transportation possibilities. We overnight in "No Smoking" room. Still the smell of smoking from other rooms comes to our Room. Also people could smoke in public places, like restaurant etc.

Een hoetel met een uitstekende prijs/prestatie verhouding. Op dit moment wordt het Hotel per etage geheel gerenoveerd en aangepast aan de huidige eisen des tijds. Vriendelijk en bekwaam personleel. Kortom! Volgens ons één van de beste keuzes in Düsseldorf.

Het hotel is erg netjes en schoon. Wel erg gehorig. Het ontbijtbuffet heeft veel keus aan diverse producten, zelfs zalm en garnalen. Voor onze zoon, die erg graag van warme melk houdt, werd een kopje melk warm gemaakt. Voor de deur stopt de tram 706 naar het centrum, 20 minuten. Wij hadden een reservering gemaakt voor het parkeren. Blijkbaar laten ze iedereen in het hotel een reservering maken want vol is vol. Met 5-6 plaatsen is dit snel bekeken. We moesten maar een plaats in de buurt van het hotel zoeken. 's avonds om 22.00 uur werden we gebeld dat er een plaatsje vrij was. Slechte planning maar aan de andere kant doen ze moeite om voor een plek te zorgen.

Personeel was meer dan vriendelijk, ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. Kamer was schoon, ruim en stil. Minibar kosten waren heel netjes. Bedden sliepen geweldig. Volgende keer dat we in Dusseldorf zijn gaan we daar zeker weer naar toe.

Een fijn hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, lekker Duits ontbijt. Vlak bij het hotel is een tramhalte van waar je snel in het centrum bent. Kamer was ruim en de bedden lagen lekker
