The 3-star Hotel Friends offers a variety of rooms from standard rooms, to business rooms with extra large desks, to family rooms with a separate room with bunk bed and toys. Excellent quality/price ratio, cosy and friendly atmosphere, helpful staff. It is good for families with small children since the rooms are spacious and there is enough place to play + we had two balconies, which I've never seen in a hotel of such type! The bar in the lobby was also very stylish, decorated with taste. Really a hotel to recommend. A bit distant from Köln, but with a car it was OK.

Come partner della fiera di Colonia promettevano un servizio navetta dall'albergo alla fiera, cosa che invece non c'era, obbligandomi a spostarmi con taxi (decisamente costosi). Quando sono arrivato in camera il riscaldamento era spento. Non c'è l'asciugacapelli.

Een zeer leuk hotel. De kamers zijn ruim en voldoen aan comfort en rust. Zeer leuke sfeer. Zeer gastvrij personeel. En lekker en goed eten. Zeker de moeite waard om eens te doen. Kwa prijs kwaliteit een goede match!

Prima hotel, goed bereikbaar en goede verbinding met Keulen. Uitstekend ontbijt. Prima kamer. De badkamer is klein en niet logisch ingedeeld, wastafel heeft een uistekende punt waar je op moet letten als je uit de douche stapt.

Nette Hotelmitarbeiter. Bei kurzer Wartezeit auf das Zimmer gab es einen kostenlosen Kaffee. Leider ist die Lage nicht so gut. Etwas außerhalb und abends mit öffentlichen Lerkehrsmittels schwer zu erreichen.

Sauberes Zimmer, kostenloser Parkplatz, kostenfreies W-Lan, schönes Ambiente in der Hotellobby. Leider abgenutztes und altes Bad, passt nicht zum restlichen Raumkonzept. Hatte vom Frühstücksbuffet mehr erwartet, war aber soweit in Ordnung.

Het was goed vindbaar. Bus stopt ook voor de deur. Mooi, schoon, rustig hotel met een prima kamer om de nacht in door te brengen. Zelfs een derde bed was geen enkel probleem en niet duur. Voor iemand die op zoek is naar iets goedkoops, maar een hostel net ff te ver vind gaan is dit een zeer goed alternatief.

Het personeel is vriendelijk en professioneel. Gratis parkeerruimte, een goed ontbijt, wel wat hoger geprijsd dan bij andere budgethotel, nl. 9,90 per persoon. Voor een echte stedentrip naar Keulen is het toch aan te raden om midden in de stad een kamer te zoeken. Dit hotel ligt zo'n 8 km buiten de stad, iets dat men ook eerlijk aangeeft, maar het centrum zit vol met budgethotels, maar zijn wel wat drukker bezet.
