breakfast was very good. dirrty rug in hotel room, balcony was faling apart. glasses for orange jus were petit! there was a party below the hotel but no information about the party or rules.

Really easy to find lovely quiet countryside lounge are free wifi which was good - though only informed of after trying to purchase internet in room lounge area comfortable Long walk to rooms from reception only 1 key fob and rooms area locked out wihtout key fob - difficult to leave children in lounge using internet and return to room

* The hotel was very noisy with it transmitting from the corridors through the very poorly fitting doors which did not feel very secure at all. * The hotel provided pay TV but had no programme of what was on - so you ran the risk of buying to watch a movie that you didn't want to see * Whilst it was clearly laid out at the time of booking, charging for wifi is behind the curve with many competitors providing it for free

Gratis en ruim voldoende Parkeergelegenheid. Vriendelijk personeel en prettige ontvangst. Goede bedden. Douche en Bad in 1 kamer, uitstekend. A La Carte Diner, was perfect. Het ontbijt viel tegen, kwalitatief niet goed, en niet voldoende aanwezig en ook niet al teveel keuze.

Wir waren angenehm überrascht. Großes, freundliches stilles Zimmer. Service in der Bar lässt etwas an Professionalität vermissen, aber freundlich. Für eine Übernachtung bei Freunden würden wir es wieder wählen. Es liegt auch zentral an der Autobahn. Wer näher am geschehen sein will, ist ihr ohne Auto nicht gut aufgehoben.

Nette kamer handdoeken zeep enz. Goed restaurant ,netjes onbijtbuffet goed voor mekaar Met de boeking hadden wij erbij vermeld dat er 1 persoon glutenvrij ontbijt wilde en dat vond ik heel erg tegen vallen .Ik kreeg wel een bordje met een paar( droge )glutenvrije sneetjes brood maar verder helemaal niks en toen m'n man vroeg of ik het roerei soms mocht ,gingen ze het wel vragen ,maar ik mocht het niet maar ze boden ook geen alternatief en dat heb ik op andere plekken vaak wel gekregen vleeswaren enz op een apart bordje bijv. Dus ik zou hotel Gladbeck wel aan bevelen maar niet voor mensen die een glutenvrij dieet moeten volgen

Freundligkeit, Gelassenheit... Fähigkeit entgegen zu kommen, um Konfliktsituation zu lösen. Das war Einzellfall und ich glaube mit höhere Gewalt verbunden. Durchgenässte Decke nach dem Unwetter.

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en acteert professioneel. Ontbijtbuffet is prima. Diner is niet hoogstaand, maar op zich goed verzorgd. Er wordt adequaat ingegrepen als je met een klacht c.q. opmerking komt. An sich is er met de verzorging dus niets mis. De lounch is op zich heel gezellig, maar als je goed kijkt zie je dat de stoelen en banken versleten en doorgezakt zijn. Hetzelfde geldt ook voor de bedden, althans in onze kamer. Dat vind ik een beetje jammer. Het hotel zou dus wel wat 'verbeteringsingrepen' kunnen gebruiken. Verder moet duidelijker aangegeven worden dat dit hotel zich naast het treinspoor bevindt en dat de hele nacht door goederentreinen langs denderen! Als je dus hier boekt, wil je in elk geval een kamer aan de andere kant (achterzijde). Dat kom je nergens op de boekingssite tegen en is dus als het ware een 'nare verrasing' als je hiermee wordt geconfronteerd.

De ligging van het hotel is prima, vlakbij in de buurt van een aantal activiteiten in het Ruhrgebied. Ontbijtbuffet was uitstekend, volop keuze en goede kwaliteit. De begane grond, dus receptie, restaurant en bar zien er schitterend uit met een warme sfeer. Het personeel is netjes en correct maar niet echt heel vriendelijk en in vergelijking tot de entree, de receptie en het restaurant zijn de kamers wat gedateerd en zijn eigenlijk ook wel aan een renovatiebeurtje toe.
