Hotel Gladbeck van der Valk

Posso dire che in base alla mia esperienza non e' sicuramente all'altezza delle stelle dichiarate.

Una struttura fatiscente per quanto riguarda le camere,la camera priva di qualsiasi comfort,vedi aria condizionata,frigo bar,la porta del bagno non esiste,ma vi e' una cosa scorrevole,la parte esterna dove si affaccia la stanza ,costituita da un giardino dove vi si trovava di tutto dalle bottiglie vuote a cartaccie e cicche di sigarette, nonche' un prato tenuto in condizione pessima.Nella parte alta della pensilina dove si affacciava la stanza si vedono delle stallatiti come se si fosse in grotta.Come da foto effetuate.

Very large hotel, with endless corridors, so you can spend a lot of time hauling your luggage, and lifts are not conveniently placed. Room is large and roomy, ecxellent shower. Staff not more than ok, breakfast very rich.

Internet was so bad it was impossible to download mail - at least I was not charged the 10 Euro after complaining.

We stayed at Hotel Gladbeck van der Valk for 7 nights - we only came back last Sunday. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are visiting near by Movie Park or Sealife center. It's also pretty close to Phantasieland - if you are theme park lover :-) You do need the car though. Staff is nice, hotel clean although I do think rooms need a bit of revamp. There is a lovely "chilling out" open door area and sauna on the top of the roof. Overall we were happy with the hotel. It's a definitely good value for money.

What is the story with the sliding wobbly mirror door for the bathroom???:-) With the child in the room I had to keep asking my partner to "watch" the door while I was trying to use the toilet. The childrens "playground" is a bit of disgrace - there is really nothing there and what is there is falling apart. There is this one older lady working in the restaurant (I think she is the supervisor) who I felt kept harassing me - you can't take this, you can't take that, you can't put juice into the small plastic bottle for the child, you can't use big cup for the juice you can only use small one - even though other guests were using them without any problems. Seriously that's all I could hear from her - thank god I'm easy going.....

The hotel was very clean, staff friendly, room was comfortable. Great breakfast. There are many places around worth visiting.

There was no fridge in the room.

Large rooms, welcoming lobby, nice staff, good menu

the room was very clean, large, pillow to soft after my taste. the morning buffet was excellent.

all heater was allways closed, after cleaning, the smoking room very poor, the smell on the holl at ground level was a little heavy.

Rustige ligging, voldoende parkeergelegenheid, goede kamers.

Slechte verlichting in de kamer.

Sanitair is goed, ontbijtbuffet is altijd uitstekend bij van der Valk

Prijs kwaliteit is in goede verhouding, gemakkelijk hotel voor diverse uitstapjes.Zowel natuur als steden voldoende aanwezig in de directe omgeving.

Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt, eine sehr romatisches und gemütliches Ambiente

Das Hotel scheint in die Jahre gekommen zu sein, was ich in diesem Falle jedoch fast als kein Manko sehe.

Der Service im Restaurant

Le fait que l'hôtel est situé dans un cadre de verdure et proche de l'autoroute. Le petit déjeuner bien fourni .Chambre calme le week end . Les différents services dans l'hôtel. Accueil parfait même si nous ne connaissions pas pas l'allemand ni l'anglais .

Déjà fréquenté des van der valk et celui me semble un peu en dessous notamment de celui de Wolvega au Pays Bas . Poussières sur toutes les moulures dans les couloirs. Tapis de sol présentant beaucoup de tâches. Pas possible d'emporter deux miches le matin au petit déjeuner sauf si payement! Alors que nous ne pouvions pas déjeuner normalement vu notre planning .Aurait peut être pu s'arranger si nous parlions allemand ?
