Hotel Augsburg Goldener Falke  

The staff were very helpful and spoke good to reasonable English. They directed us to the sights in Augsburgh by public transport with very clear directions. The room was very clean, up to date with excellent facilities. The price was good. All in all we enjoyed our stay there. There was tea or coffee on arrival which we didn't get at other b & B's on our travels. We would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Easy to find and park: this very pleasant hotel provided the ideal stop-over en route through Germany and Austria to Italy. We were provided with good service and our room, whilst not luxurious, was very adequate, clean and comfortable. No complaints whatsoever. Great value..

The hotel staff were excellent. They could not do enough to help us with the tram schedule and tell us how to get to the concert. The room was spacious and had a safety deposit box and fridge in the room. The free Wifi worked great. There is free parking at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was very good. We needed an optometrist and they printed out an address close to the hotel immediately. The Hotel was about 10-15 minutes to the centre of town. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice and modern hotel with sufficient facilities for one night stay.

The room and bathroom was very narrow. The double bed had only one bed lamp.

Nice, clean hotel room with the bare necessities. Windows overlooked a construction site with all the associated noise. No air conditioning, so the windows needed to be open. The rooms have no telephone, so a wake-up call in the morning is handled by a knock on the door. Located very close to a central train station in the Oberhausen district of Augsburg.

The hotel was well positioned for our meeting, the rooms were clean and functional, free wi fi a bonus, The breakfast was adequate, all the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff in general and especially the lady at the reception was very friendly! The price was low and even included free wireless internet.

Breakfast buffet was very basic and the room I was in was located right next to the stairs and the door was not sound proof at all.

Wir (meine Tochter U. ich) verbrachten 1 Nacht im Hotel, da wir zu einer Abendveranstaltung in der Augsburger Schwabenhalle waren. Besonders angenehm war der Service U.die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Beim Einchecken wurde bereitwillig die Benutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel erklärt U. ein Lageplan ausgehändigt, Wir wurden zum Zimmer begleitet u fanden dort einen Teller mit Obst U. 1 Flasche Wasser vor. Da Vorweihnachtszeit war, lag noch weihnachtliche Schokolade zum Naschen dabei. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen U. war von guter Qualität. Da wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt die einzigen Gäste im Frühstücksraum waren, stand der Kaffee schneller auf dem Tisch als man seinen Frühstücksteller zusammengestellt hatte. Das Zimmer war gut geheizt U. ausreichend groß. Es war außerdem sehr ruhig, da es nicht zur Hauptstraße lag. Wir würden diese Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen, auch für mehrere Tage, wenn wir wieder einmal nach Augsburg kommen.

Beim Badezimmer (mit Duschkabine) muss man die Größe betreffend etwas Abstriche machen, was aber kein Hinderungsgrund sein sollte. Zum Beheizen stand ein Heizlüfter bereit.

Schon asgerichtet gemutliche kleine hotel

Die Eigentümerin blieb extra für uns bis spät Abends auf, um uns noch selbst in Hotel zu lassen. Da wir erst gegen 22.00 Uhr im Hotel ankamen hatten wir eigentlich damit gerechnet nur über einen Code in den Goldenen Falken zu gelangen. Das Peronal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer sind sehr gut! Gibt es nur noch selten in Deutschland!!
