We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the breakfast room and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. The location to the nearby Residenz was important. |

Good location for walking the city. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and included in the room rate No elevator. We arrived after 6pm, no one to greet you or answer questions. Key was in door for your room, note left indicating your room assignment. It was difficult to find parking close by to unload luggage. Parking is available nearby. All notes were in German. Hostess in the morning was gracious and did speak English. |

spent the night while in transit rooms was clean, bed was comfortable. that said, no staff available except at breakfast hour, wi-fi offered and did not work. very small room, cramped breakfast room. hotel did not answer either its land line telephone or cell telephone when I tried to contact to resolve wi-fi issues |

The staff was very helpful. I requested to change rooms after having internet problems and that was no trouble at all. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The price is a little high for what you get, though I would stay here again. Just to know, there are no telephones in the rooms, so you will need a cell to be in touch. |

comfort, clean and friendly staff...........breakfast really nice. only net curtains up to windows so opposite neighbors could look in, the stairs were very difficult and i was given a high floor even though i requested the low one. The shower was broken and came away from the wall. |
