The hotel is very quiet, with good position, good connection to city center by public transport, good acces from highway. Parking is for good price at private closed parking. Staff is very kind and helpfull. We had very nice view but I think that maybe we were lucky and had one from the best rooms in hotel. The furniture was really old, but good enough - for somebody it can be problem, its better to be first on breakfast :-D later they dont have everything....- but it was good enough. Price was higher but i think this is problem of Berlin, generally....

close to the subway station. Staff are vet nice. Breakfast is not rich but ok with the price. Hotel is pretty old and room is not clean enough,eg. chair with dust.

Hotel staff makes a good impression. When booking I was attracted by the WiFi option. But when I arrived it turned out that WiFi is not avalaible but the price for room is not reduced. So I had a lot of problems when staying in Berlin. Also I noticed that furniture and sanitary items in my room are of about 30 years old.

Man darf halt nicht für einen Pizza-Preis eine Kaviar-Qualität erwarten, dann fühlt man sich doch recht wohl im Grafen. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich gut und reichhaltig. Die Lage gut. Das Haus hat zudem eine interessante Geschichte!!!

Die Lage und das Frühstücksbuffet. Das Bad war schön geräumig. Das Bett (Einzel) war viel zu schmal, obwohl Standardbreite. Aber heute erwartet man eben mehr.

Locatie is goed. In een buitenwijk van Berlijn en per fiets of metro is het centrum heel eenvoudig te bereiken. Toch 's nachts redelijk stil in de omgeving. Het is een oud hotel.De kamers en de openbare ruimtes zijn erg gedateerd. Bedden kraken heel erg.
