The low price. Public toilets very clean. Bed not too comfort. Very small TV. I asked to fix the phone in my room three times and they didn't! |

Not only is the hotel good value for money but a stroll around the neighbourhood was rewarded with plenty of cheap meals compared to the inner city restaurants I am used to free wireless internet by now and they wanted 3€ per hour, but just for checking mail I paid 30 cent an hour on Genter strasse. You can also pay 50 cent per hour if you turn right as you exit the hotel and walk on the right side of the street for a minute. |

The breakfast was great. The room was very quiet. The corridors needs modernisation. They are dark and some smell. The shower leaked - water dripped into the room below. |

I appreciated the staff's availability and politeness The room wasn't so much clean, but it was ok for boarding. The staff was too much religious (I found 2 copies of the Gospel on my bed). |

The staff at this hotel were kind, helpful and very friendly. It was very easy to get into the city centre from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was really outstanding for a 2 star hotel |

It is cheap and close the center of the city. The staff don't speak English, so it can be a little problematic when you don't speak German. |

It was fairly easy to find, and the area was decent. The room was cold, and the triple was two beds and a pull out chair, which was fine but not expected. |

The reception closed at 22:00 and I arrive later : No problem ! On the door, I saw a personalized paper with my name and the instructions to get my key (system with a code) and could enter without any problems to find my reserved room. I found that an excellent system and even with a closed reception had the feeling to be welcome. Great ! I got also advices about the city, metro, etc. |
